08:00 – 08:30: Our driver and guide can pick you up at your hotel and then reach Tuan Chau Harbor. Then get ready for getting on V’Spirit Cruise and completing the check-in.
12:00: You are transferred by a tender boat to get on the V’Spirit Cruise.
12:30: After that, you are welcome for a drink and get rest a bit while the cruise’s staff is presenting about the cruise itinerary’s brief as well as safety introductions.
13:00: On the transfer from Ha Long Bay to Lan Ha Bay, you are served lunch at the Dawn Restaurant.
14: 45: Experience kayaking in Tra Bau area to explore the rocky islands. At that time, you can view Halong Bay’s natural beauty clearly. Furthermore, if the weather condition is good, you also can have opportunity to discover a hidden temple of the fishing villagers here through kayaking.
16:15: Enjoy swimming and other interesting water activities. Use floats and get relax by dipping into the crystal clear water of Halong Bay.
17:00: To learn about Vietnamese cuisine, you will have a chance to join a cooking performance and then you can make special flavors on your own.
17:30 – 18:30: Sunset party combined with admiring the twilight on V’Spirit Cruise will open a super romantic and peaceful atmosphere for you to immerse. You also have chance to enjoy your favourite drinks in the cruise’s Happy Hour.
19:00: Savour your dinner in the restaurant with eye-catching dining setting and elegant space.
21:00: Enjoy the peaceful time for viewing Halong Bay on the top deck, or you can take part in some games at the top deck bar where the Bay’s local gifts are waiting for you. Apart from that, you have another option for fishing squid.

6:30: Get up early and do exercise with Tai Chi session which is good for your health, breath the clean air and admire the sunset on Halong Bay.
7:00: Enjoy light breakfast on the board.
7:30-8:45 Discover the Bright Cave by experiencing a traditional rowing bamboo boat with locals.
9:00: Back to the cruise and complete the check-out procedure.
9:30: While the cruise transfers back to Tuan Chau Harbor, you are served the brunch at the restaurant.
11:00: Reach Tuan Chau Harbor. Get back to our bus or your private car/van.
15:00: We will arrive at our hotel in Hanoi. End of 2 day in Halong Bay cruise with V'Spirit Cruise Halong Bay.

08.00 AM: Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter ( If you book cruise together with cruise bus then Limousine bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter around 8.00 AM, if you book a private car then our car will pick you up from your hotel even not in Hanoi Old Quarter). It takes about more than 3 hour for transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay for boarding to V’Spirit cruise.
11.45- 12.00: Arrive at V’Spirit Cruises lounge at Tuan Chau International Harbor. Welcome by cruise staffs at harbor for completing check-in procedures. After that, we will take a transfer to V’Spirit Cruise by tender boat.
12.30: Welcome on board, enjoy welcome drink while cruise manager have a briefing about cruise itinerary, safety instruction on boat.
After that, you will check in your cabin for a refreshment.
13.00: Enjoy your lunch on our cruise – one of the best cruises in Halong Bay while V’Spirit cruising from Halong Bay to Lan Ha Bay which is less touristic area of Halong Bay.
14.45: Stop at Tra Bau area for kayaking. Tra Bau is a beautiful places with nice islands and fishing villagers and where the water is nice. You will discover the stunning nature of the bay here. Kayaking in Halong Bay will be an awesome activities and unforgettable memory for your holiday in Vietnam.
16.00: We will stop in a place for swimming. There is no place in the world better for swimming than Halong Bay. You will do swimming in beautiful place of World Nature Heritage Site.
17.00: It is the time for cooking demonstration. You will learn more about Vietnamese cuisine and learn how to make Spring Roll with help of our chef, create your own spring roll and enjoy your product.
17:30 – 18:30: That is the time for sunset party with complimentary fruit/cake and enjoy Happy Hour ( buy 2 get 1 with your favorite drinks.
Get back to your cabin for a shower and rest before dinner time.
19.00: Come back to restaurant for dinner. You will have one of the best fining dinner in your life in a beautiful place and beautiful restaurant on Halon Bay cruise. All dishes prepared carefully by our chef.
After dinner, you can relax on top deck of cruise, play some board game, chat with your friends or enjoy squid fishing on cruise. Try your luck if you may get some squids. Enjoy your evening time maybe with a cocktail on cruise bar.

06.30: You may get up early for sunrise and joining in Tai Chi session on V’Spirit sundeck.
07.00: Enjoy breakfast in Dawn Restaurant.
08.00- 08.30: Transfer to a smaller boat for going to Viet Hai Pier where you will take an opportunity discovering Cat Ba Island.
You can choose to take a bicycle or an electric car from the pier to Viet Hai Village. It will be about 6 kms where you will enjoy the beautiful scenery of the hidden area which is less touched by people.
Arriving in Viet Hai Village, you will learn more about local people and their daily life.
11.30 – 12.00: Enjoy lunch in a local restaurant.
14.00: Explore the fish farm at Viet Hai Pier by kayaking
If the weather permits we will take transfer to Ba Trai Dao ( 3 Peach Beach) for pristine beaches where you can do swimming or lying on pristine beach.
16.00: You will come back to V’Spirit Cruise, relax and enjoy sunset and enjoy Happy Hour on cruise.
Back to your cabin for refreshment after a day with a lot of activities.
19.00: Enjoy your dinner on V’Spirit Cruise on second night in Lan Ha Bay – a part of Halong Bay.
After dinner, you will have free time on cruise. Take part in some board games on top deck, have a drink with your friends on bar or just relax watching stars, moon in the middle of nowhere.

06.30: You can get up early for watching sunrise and if you wish you may join in Tai Chi lesson on cruise.
07.00: Breakfast is prepared in Dawn Restaurant, enjoy your breakfast for energy of a day.
After breakfast, we will discover Dark and Bright Cave area where we will discover the Bright Cave with bamboo boat rowed by locals.
09.00: Go back to our cruise for check-out then brunch will be served.
09.30: Enjoy brunch on cruise while moving from Lan Ha Bay to Tuan Chau Harbour.
11.30- 12.00: Get back to Tuan Chau Harbour and get back to our bus/private van for transfer to Hanoi.

• From 31 to 16 days prior to check-in (departure date): 10% of total rates
• From 15 to 8 days prior to check-in (departure date): 20% of total rates
• From 7 to 4 days prior to check-in (departure date): 50% of total rates
• Less than 4 days prior to check-in (departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
