11:30 – 12:00: After meeting at welcome lounge at the Tuan Chau Marina, we take a short speedboat transfer to our luxurious La Casta Regal Cruise before starting the journey of exploring one of the wonders of nature – Lan Ha Bay

13:00: The first highlight of the cruise is lunch, which is served in the ship’s nearly 360-degree, light-flooded, elegant dining room. Enjoy a fine menu of tasty local, international dishes freshly prepared by our culinary team. The cruise starts to depart for the voyage to discover Lan Ha Bay.
After lunch, relax on the terrace deck or on your private balcony and soak in the enchanting aura which emanates from the surreal seascape.
15:45: The first destination of La Casta Regal Cruise is the Ba Trai Dao Beach. Ba Trai Dao Beach is famous for its very clear and clean water, on sunny days you can even see the bottom. Compared to other beaches in Halong Bay, the water here is somewhat shallower. The beach is also quite airtight because it is surrounded by rocky islands, which makes it perfect for swimming in the emerald water.
(In unfavorable weather conditions, the itinerary will be changed to Dark and Bright cave to ensure the safety for the guests.)
17:30 – 18:30: Return to cruise, we set sail for an anchorage spot in the midst of Lan Ha Bay for the overnight mooring. You can enjoy the marvelous dusk scenery while relaxing with Happy hour from now to dinner time at the bar with various drinks on discounts.
19:00: Take part in an on-site cooking demonstration class to learn how to make Vietnamese signature food like spring rolls demonstrated by the chef.
19:30: Have dinner on board with seafood and special local dishes.
21:00: It’s time to admire the beauty of the night on the bay, our bar on the sundeck and in the restaurant welcomes you. You may want to try your luck with squid fishing or watch a movie in the restaurant, we also have chess and cards for you.

6:15: After waking up in the morning, you are served some coffee or tea then practicing Tai Chi on the La Casta Regal Cruise deck.
7:00 – 7:45: Afterwards, breakfast is served in the dining room with a morning view of the bay's landscape, then we continue our journey.
8:00 – 8:30: Transferred to the day boat with a separate program.
8:30 – 9:30: Meanwhile, the ship sails past Ba Trai Dao Beach, Van Boi Area and Viet Hai Village.
9:40 – 10:30: As we reach the shore of a small lagoon on Cat Ba Island, we hop on bicycles (e-cart transfers are also available) for some leisurely pedaling along small, paved roads towards the Viet Hai village. Little has changed here since the ancestors of the nearly 100 households settled here centuries ago. Situated in a valley within the Cat Ba National Park and surrounded by thick forest and mountains, the locals are isolated from the island’s other villages and towns.
10:30 – 12:00: In La Casta Regal Cruise itinerary, after visiting Viet Hai village you can kayak, swim in the clear water and explore the hidden charm of Lan Ha Bay on your own, places that you can only reach by boat and you may make it only once in your whole life.
12:30 – 13:30: Around midday, lunch will be served on board.
14:00 – 15:00: After lunchtime, transfer to Ba Trai Dao Beach. Ba Trai Dao Beach has beautiful scenery with clear blue sea and fine white sand. On sunny days, visitors can look to the bottom of the water. Compared to many other beaches in Lan Ha Bay, Ba Trai Dao Beach has shallower water, more to the knees only so it is very safe for swimming or boating.
Another option is to take a trip to Van Boi floating village. In particular, Van Boi beach impresses visitors by the blue water so much to see the bottom, along the colorful coral beaches hidden under each wave. Besides, the water here is shallow and calm, so it is very convenient for snorkeling or swimming in the water. The natural scenery is quite unspoiled and tranquil, with cliffs surrounding the beach.
15:00 – 16:30: Leisure time on day boat and return to the pickup places.
16:40 – 18:30: Come back to our La Casta Regal Cruise for a shower. Besides, you can admire the fabulous scenery in evening twilight on the deck before enjoying your last sumptuous dinner onboard. 18:00: Join a cooking demonstration, our chef will guide you how to make some simple signature Vietnamese dishes.

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!

The La Casta Regal Cruise uses limousine van with nice and comforable seats when you travel with the cruise. If you are a big group Vietnam Escape Tours will arragne private bus or van for you. You may get out of the airport about 9.00 AM or 9.30 AM depending on it is a domestic flight or international flight, you need a visa or not, the flight is delay or not and many other conditions. So if we get out the airport at 09.30 AM and it is risk to arrive at the harbour at 12.00. Crusie may leave from 11.30 - 12.00. It is not safe because driver need to drive as fast as possible and no break also. If any problem happens and we can be late for the cruise. So what happends if we are late for the cruise. We will need to rent a speedboat to chase our cruise ( La Casta Regal Cruise) and we have to pay for the fee. How much is the fee? It is not fixed because it depends on how far from harbor to the cruise at that time and it depends on availability of the speedboat. There is no menu for the price so it may cost hundreds USD.

We stayed in Honeymoon room, the most beautiful one - its clean and tidy, the view from the rooms are good. It’s a very relaxing boat to be on, the sun deck is very comfortable and there are lots of places to sit Amazing food, beautiful journey and adventurous kayaking experience! Staff was equally helpful and made sure that our lunch and dinner was entertaining and comfortable. i recommend you to book 3 day 2 night in Halong because 2 day 1 night seems very short when you just arrive noon time today and check out noon time next day.
