07:45 - 08:30: Await collection by reception in your hotel. The shuttle bus will pull up outside and our tour guide will help you and your luggage on board.
12:00: At Tuan Chau harbour you will lay your eyes on the Gray Line Cruise for the first time. We board and listen to a quick itinerary briefing from the manager.
13:30: Lunch is served as we pass underneath soaring mountaintops decked with verdant trees.
15:00: Next, we head to Luon Cave, a marvellous wet cave through which we can kayak or take a local sampan boat. On the other side of the cave lies an enclosed lake that is brimming with a magical aura.
16:00: At Titop Island after this, we have the option for swimming in the blue water or simply relaxing on the beach. Active passengers can climb to the peak of the island via the stone-step trail to get memorable pictures of the panorama around them.
17:30: Take your place on the sundeck for a wonderfully vivid sunset stretching across the sky of Halong Bay.
18:30: We have a cooking demonstration and class in the early evening, whetting our appetites for dinner.
19:30: The sumptuous evening meal will be served in the glistening restaurant, after which you have a choice of evening entertainment stretching across movies, board games and a night at the bar.

06:00: A tai chi session on the top deck is available for people who rise with the sun, with the majestic morning spectacle viewable from upstairs.
07:00: Savour a light breakfast in the restaurant as the captain readies the ship to sail again.
07:45: The ancient ‘Surprising Cave’ is our next stop, with stretching stalagmites and hanging stalactites built up over tens of thousands of years.
10:00: Back on the Gray Line Cruise, you have the time to check and enjoy the many attractive delights featured in our brunch buffet.
11:30: Upon reaching the harbour, you will disembark for the final time and head back to Hanoi in the Gray Line shuttle bus.

07:45 - 08:30: Our Gray Line driver and tour guide will come and pick you up from your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi and transfer you to Halong Bay.
12:00: We find the Gray Line Cruise awaiting us majestically in the bay. We will board it and enjoy a welcome drink as you explore your new floating home for the next 3 days.
13:30: Enjoy the first meal of the cruise, a delicious lunch, served in the restaurant as you take in the views of the limestone karsts outside of the window.
15:00: Relax on the boat until we reach Luon Cave, a fantastic wet cave system that we can explore via our own kayaks or by the sampan boats of the locals.
16:00: Three activities await us at our next stop, Titop Island. We can relax on the beach, take a dip in the sparkling waters or climb to the island’s peak for a panoramic view of Halong Bay around.
17:30: A wonderfully vivid sunset between the mountaintops will be accompanied by exotic fruits back aboard the Gray Line Cruise.
18.30: Our expert-led cooking demonstration will show you the proper techniques for creating Vietnamese spring rolls, a perfect souvenir for you to create at home.
19.30: A lovely dinner in the restaurant will pave the way for a relaxing evening, where movies, squid fishing and board games are just some of the activities on offer.

06:30: Bring your camera to the top deck to get great pictures of a Halong Bay sunrise. There will also be a tai chi session up here for anyone looking for a boost of energy to start their day.
07:30: In the restaurant you can enjoy your breakfast before you board the day boat, beginning the day’s more intimate explorations of the bay.
08:30 - 16:00: The following areas comprise the itinerary for our second day of exploration:
- Ho Dong Tien (Fairy Lake Cave) – known for the mystical enclosed lake on the other side of the limestone walls.
- Trong Cave – An excellent cave system of which we will be able to kayak around the outside.
- Tung Sau pearl farm – Halong Bay’s only pearl farm and one that will explain to us the fascinating process of pearl production from start to finish.
16:30: We return to the Gray Line Cruise and relax for the rest of the afternoon. This can be done on the sun deck or in your cabin.
17:30: Fruits and happy hour will again provide us with refreshments to accompany the excellent sunset. A cooking class takes place during this time on the sundeck.
19:30: Another majestic dinner is served amongst beautiful surroundings as we drop anchor in a quiet spot of Halong Bay.

06:00: Again, for those up at a good time, we will have another tai chi class on the sundeck.
07:00: Breakfast served downstairs will be a light affair in preparation for your final brunch later.
07:45: We head to Halong Bay’s premier cave, Sung Sot cave, called the ‘Surprise Cave’ in English for the many illuminated karst wonders inside.
09:15: Head back to the Gray Line Cruise after this and check out of your cabin.
10:30: You will have a full buffet brunch with which to fill yourself up before we arrive at the harbour.
11:30: Bid a fond farewell to the crew as your step off the Gray Line Cruise. Our shuttle bus will convey you back to Hanoi.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Customer
• More than 33 days prior to check-in ( departure date): Free of charge
• From 33 to 15 days prior to check-in ( departure date): 10% of total rates
• From 14 to 8 days prior to check-in ( departure date): 20% of total rates
• From 7 to 4 days prior to check-in ( departure date): 50% of total rates
• Less than96 hours prior to check-in ( departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.
