We based the name of our cruise on the universally beloved
swan, with an elegance and grace that is widely appreciated around the world.
Being an animal linked with romance, it is only appropriate that the Swan Cruise is considered one of the most romantic Bai Tu Long Bay cruises and one
perfect for a honeymoon
or special celebration. Our sailing around one of the quieter alternatives to
Halong Bay helps this immeasurably, as some of the limestone mountains we sail
past on our unique itinerary stand seemingly just for the benefit of our
passengers. The small frame of the Swan Cruise contains just twelve onboard
cabins, giving you a lot of space and freedom in which to move around, as well
as the undivided attention of our wonderful staff, who are there to ensure that
your passage goes smoothly.
08:00 – 8:30: Await the arrival of the Swan bus at your hotel lobby. Sit back and relax as we head through the Red River Delta towards Bai Tu Long Bay.
12:30: The staff will hand you a welcome drink once we have met the Swan Cruise at Hon Gai harbour. Once boarded, the staff will then brief us on the itinerary of the cruise.
13:30: Lunch will be served as you marvel at the unfettered views of limestone mountains and the emerald seascape outside.
15:00: We make our first stop of the cruise at the Cap La area, a specific spot in the bay with a wealth of natural beauty, around which we can swim and kayak.
17:30: Rejoin the Swan Cruise as the sun begins to set behind the forested mountains. Relax on the sundeck or in your cabin until dinner.
19:00: After dinner in the restaurant, you are free to do as you wish. This might be a spot of squid fishing with the crew or drinks at the bar.

06:30: Head to the sundeck if you are an early riser; we will be holding a delightful tai chi session up here as the sun rises behind the mountain peaks.
07:00: During our cruise to Thien Canh Son cave, breakfast will be served in the dining room. We disembark at the cave to have a walking tour of its many brilliant and beautiful rock formations that have amassed over hundreds of thousands of years.
09:30: One of our fantastic chefs will meet us on the Swan Cruise after we return to it and provide us with a cooking demonstration.
11:00: On our way to Hon Gai harbour, we have an early lunch, setting us up for our return to the capital.
12:00: Disembark and say your final farewell to the Swan Cruise and its wonderful staff. The bus that will be waiting to take us back to Hanoi will take about 3.5 – 4 hours to do so.
Your arrival in Hanoi will mark the end of our tour. The Swan Cruise thanks you for joining us on board and everyone at our company wishes you the best for your onwards travel in our country!

08:00 – 8:30: Await the arrival of the driver and tour guide to your hotel in Hanoi. They will take you to Hon Gai harbour.
12.30: Enjoy your welcome drink as you explore the interior of the Swan Cruise.
13.30: We start the cruise with lunch and our initial voyage past some of the fantastic limestone islands of Bai Tu Long Bay.
15.00: At Cap La, we have the freedom of space to enjoy kayaking and swimming, cherishing the peacefulness that this affords.
17.30: Back aboard the Swan Cruise, we begin travelling to the quiet anchorage point for the night and host a sunset party on the top deck.
19.00: Take a seat in the dining room for an exquisite meal, followed by an evening of relaxation on the deck of the Swan Cruise or its tender boat, where we can try squid fishing.

06.30: The new day begins with some engaging tai chi atop the sundeck.
07.00: At breakfast, you can enjoy a wealth of Vietnamese and Western options. We board the day boat after this.
08.30: Our first stop today is Thien Canh Son Cave, a remarkable natural system in the heart of Bai Tu Long Bay.
09.30: We spend the rest of the morning at the Vung Ha area, where we can find beautiful islands and clear water around which to swim and kayak.
12.00: We head back to the day boat for lunch and enjoy the early afternoon in Vung Ha.
16.30: We rejoin the Swan Cruise and settle back into its languid pace of life.
19.00: During the evening time, a beautiful dinner will be served after which you are free to engage in any of our onboard activities: drinking at the bar or relaxing in your cabin.

06.30: On the sundeck this morning, another tai chi class will help our passengers to greet the beauty of the new day.
07.00: After a light breakfast, we will spend the last day with some tranquil cruising, heading around quiet areas and letting you soak up the magical atmosphere of the bay.
10.30: Our chef will emerge to provide us with a cooking class, all before the early lunch that will be served afterwards.
12.00: Returning to Hon Gai harbour, we say goodbye to the Swan Cruise and head back to Hanoi on the bus.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.
