08:00 – 8:30 AM Our limousine sharing van picks you up at the lobby of your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Take pleasure in the scenery of the Red River Delta as you journey towards Ha Long Bay.
11:15 – 11:30 AM Attend at Lot 32 - Tuan Chau Marina – you will check-in procedures at the waiting lounge. A welcome drink will be serve for you to enjoy
12:00 PM Board the Orchid Cruises via a tender boat. Upon arrival, join us for a warm welcome drink and convene at the restaurant for a cruise briefing and important safety guidelines.
1:00 PM During our cruise and exploration of Ha Long Bay – Lan Ha Bay, passengers will enjoy lunch onboard, amidst the splendor of this distinguished New Seven Wonder of Nature.
2:15 PM Orchid Classic will take us to Dark and Bright Caves, where you can kayaking and swimming and immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of Ha Long Bay. Other option is to explore Ba Trai Dao beach, where serene waters and picturesque landscapes create a perfect setting for kayaking or relaxing on the sandy shores. Enjoy a refreshing swim in one of the most beautiful beach in the Bay.
5:00 PM Orchid Cruises navigates to the tranquil Tra Bau area in Lan Ha Bay, offering guests the opportunity to indulge in a refreshing swim in the serene, emerald waters.
6:00 PM While aboard, guests are invited to participate in a cooking demonstration and partake in the Happy Hour promotion (buy one, get one) at the bar, all while savoring the stunning sunset views over the bay.

7:30 PM Enjoy a fusion dinner crafted from the finest ingredients, served in an elegant setting that blends sophisticated French neoclassical design with traditional oriental touches.
9:00 PM Take the opportunity to appreciate the captivating nighttime ambiance of the bay. Our bar on the sundeck and in the restaurant eagerly awaits your presence. You can engage in squid fishing or enjoy a movie in the restaurant, and we also offer chess and cards for your entertainment. Spend the night on board and relish the experience.

06:30: Start your day with a peaceful Tai Chi session on the sundeck, or rise early between 5:30 and 6:00 to catch the dawn spectacle, guided by our sailors depending on the season.

07:45: We'll visit Trung Trang Cave, a hidden gem in Cat Ba National Park. This amazing cave is filled with beautiful rock formations and has a rich history.
09:30: Return to Orchid Cruises for check-out.
10:00: Enjoy a delightful brunch at our restaurant while cruising back.
11:30: Bid farewell to Orchid Cruises at Tuan Chau Marina.
14:30: Arrive back at your drop-off point in Hanoi, end trip.

7.00 Have breakfast while cruising to the next destination
8.00 Transfer to a day boat, we will visit Viet Hai village today. We will explore the island by bicycle. Enjoy the beautiful view of rice fields along the way. You will have the opportunity to see the lives of the villagers here.

Return to the day boat for lunch as the boat moves to the next destination.
14.00 Continue to Ba Men Temple, we will kayak here or take a sunbath on the beach.
17.00 Returning to Orchid cruise, we will join the sunset party on the top deck and enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin. There is also cooking class activity for the food lover.
19.30 Enjoy delicious dinner with a variety of dishes.
21.30 You can participate in squid fishing after dinner or pamper yourself at spa or have a drink at the bar on the sundeck. Or just simply chill in your room.

• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.

Cancellation by Customer
• More than 31 days prior to check-in (departure date): Free of charge
• From 31 to 16 days prior to check-in (departure date): 10% of total rates
• From 15 to 8 days prior to check-in (departure date): 20% of total rates
• From 7 to 4 days prior to check-in (departure date): 50% of total rates
• Less than 4 days prior to check-in (departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.
