11.30 Upon boarding the Bai Tho Junk, you will receive a free welcome drink to start off the cruise in style.
13.00 - 14.30 A lunch will provide our first meal as we glide along the emerald carpet of water that runs between the forested limestone karsts dotted around us.
15.30 - 16.30 We visit the colourful Vung Vieng fishing village via sampan boat or kayak. This is a floating enclave of hardy fishermen as they make their living in the calm waters of Bai Tu Long Bay.
16.30 Relax into the afternoon atop the sundeck or in your cabin as we cruise.
19.30 In the beautiful dining room, dinner will be served after a gorgeous sunset. Following this, you have the chance to enjoy squid fishing or drinks at the bar as we relax into the perfect evening.

06.45 The new morning light kisses the sundeck as we relish a scenic light breakfast in the dining room.
08.00 - 08.30 At Thien Canh Son Cave, we enjoy the sights of many stalactite and stalagmite formations and the views of the bay from the top of a stone step staircase.
09.30 – 11.00 Once back aboard the Bai Tho Junk, we have a filling brunch and prepare ourselves to disembark. We do this at Hon Gai harbour to the waves of the staff. End of a 2 days 1 night trip in Halong Bay.

11.30 Find the Bai Tho Junk standing proudly in Hon Gai harbour. We will board it and meet the smiling crew on board.
13.00 - 14.30 Take your first lunch in the dining room. We begin sailing past Bai Tu Long Bay’s myriad limestone mountains.
15.30 - 16.30 After plenty of relaxation time on board, we stop at Vung Vieng fishing village to soak up the wonderfully free atmosphere to be found here.
17.30 Returning to the Bai Tho Junk, we cruise over to Cong Do, where we will drop anchor as you are enjoying a beautiful sunset ahead.
19.30 The dining room will host its first dinner of the tour, followed by an evening of free time, where you can opt to relax on the sundeck or in the cabin. Alternatively, head to the bar to enjoy a drink with friendly company.

07.00 Those up early can make use of the tea and coffee facilities while watching the new morning light cover Bai Tu Long Bay.
08.00 Shortly afterwards, a full breakfast will be served, consisting of both Vietnamese and Western staples.
8.30 – 18.30 Board the day boat and head out into the quieter areas of Bai Tu Long Bay. Our day will be a very relaxed one, with visits to caves, islands and enclosed lakes offering a real feeling of paradise. A multi-course lunch will be served at midday to fuel our afternoon explorations.
18.30 Re-board the Bai Tho Junk and we will head back to Cong Do area for another peaceful night.
19.30 Take your final dinner in the lovely dining room as the moon shows itself above Bai Tu Long Bay.
21.00 Card games and board games will be available on the Bai Tho Junk, or alternatively, you can opt to relax in your very well-appointed cabin.

06.45 Have a light breakfast today, in preparation of our early lunch.
08.00 - 08.30 Our final stop will be Thien Cung Cave, one of the more magical of Bai Tu Long Bay’s caves, with a wealth of interesting local history attached to it.
09.30 – 11.00 Take your final brunch back aboard the Bai Tho Junk as we head back to the harbour. Your tour will end as we dock at Hon Gai, where you will disembark and board your bus back to Hanoi. This is a mark of and end for a 3 days 2 nights trip in Halong Bay.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.
