07:30 – 08:00: The guide and driver will meet you outside your hotel, helping you load your luggage onto the bus before proceeding to Bai Tu Long Bay to start your 2 days 1 night in Halong Bay.
12:30: We find the Signature Cruise in Halong International Cruise Harbor and board it to the welcome sight of a welcome drink.
13:15: There will be a lot of choice for lunch, all featuring in a dining room with an amazing view of the limestone mountains outside.
15:00: You also have a choice at our next stop, Vung Vieng fishing village, between exploring the floating community with a self-powered kayak or a bamboo boat rowed by a resident.
16:30: Head back to the Signature Cruise in time for happy hour at the bar.
17:30: A cooking class informs us and keeps us entertained on the cruise to our overnight sleeping area.
19:15: Enjoy the peacefulness and stillness of the bay as we dine on a wonderful dinner in the restaurant.
20:45 – 00:00: We have movies, squid fishing, board games and more for your entertainment afterwards.

06:30: Tai chi in the morning will put a spring in your step ahead of the day’s activities, the first of which is breakfast in the dining room.
08:30 - 09:30: After this is Thien Canh Son cave. We moor the boat and explore the beautifully formed stalactites and stalagmites inside.
09:30: Back on the Signature Cruise, you will be able to check out, relax and eat lunch, all while the limestone mountains glide by outside.
11:45: Back at the harbour, we bid farewell to the Signature Cruise and head back to Hanoi on the bus.

07:30 – 08:00: Our comfortable shuttle bus will collect you at your Hanoi hotel and take you across the highway to Halong International Cruise Harbor.
12:30: Take your welcome drink aboard the Signature Cruise and listen to a quick summary of the itinerary’s activities by the cruise manager.
13:15: A beautiful seafood lunch will begin our cruising through the bay as we relax on board.
15:00: The first of our visits is to Vung Vieng fishing village, where we will be able to take a kayak or a sampan boat around the waters and discover about the truly unique life lived here in the bay.
16:30: Happy hour will begin as we return to the Signature Cruise, accompanying the voyage over to the overnight sleeping area.
17:30: Our chef will head out to the deck to show us how to create Vietnamese spring rolls with simple ingredients and technique.
19:15: Enjoy the atmosphere of the dining room as we dine on a delicious dinner.
20:45 – 00:00: We have many nighttime activities to keep your entertained on the Signature Cruise. Head outside for squid fishing or relax at the bar with a drink.

06:30: Wake up early to enjoy the coffee and tea served alongside the tai chi session, which we will be holding on the sundeck.
08:00: Savour the fantastic breakfast buffet that starts our day. We will head onto the Signature day boat after this for a cruise around some of the quieter areas of Bai Tu Long Bay.
09:00: We will spend our morning at one such area, Cong Dam, where we can relax on the beaches or swim and kayak in the pellucid blue waters.
12:00: We return to the day boat for lunch and to continue our cruising around the majestic bay.
15:30: We rejoin the Signature Cruise in the mid-afternoon and take the rest of the day to enjoy the onboard facilities atop the sundeck or in the spa.
17:30: The chef will return for another informative cooking class as you enjoy drinks and the sight of sunset.
19:15: Enjoy the social atmosphere in the restaurant as we indulge in another fantastic dinner.
20:45 – 00:00: Board games and squid fishing comprise two of the many activities we have available for evening entertainment aboard the Signature Cruise.

06:30: Rise early for another tai chi session as the pink light of a sunrise in Bai Tu Long Bay starts our day off in a beautiful manner.
07:30: Take your breakfast in the dining room before we weigh anchor and begin sailing for the day.
07:30 - 08:30: We take a look around Thien Canh Son cave and climb its stone steps inside to a wondrous viewing platform outside.
09:30: Rejoin the Signature Cruise and relax on board until we reach the harbour. Brunch will be served at this time.
11:45: Leave the Signature Cruise where it drops us off at Hon Gai harbour as we board the bus and head back to Hanoi, arriving in the late afternoon. End of 3 days 2 nights in Halong Bay.

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!

Yes, the wifi is available on Signature Cruise. Please note the signal on Signature Cruise or other cruises in Halong is not stable. Using wifi for email or message seems to be ok but watching video seems not good. If you wish to have good signal you should go to the public area like restaurant or the bar.
Yes, the round trip transfer from Hanoi to Halong is included in the price of Signature Cruise. However, there is still options for price with transfer or without transfer. Please check your booking to see if the transfer is included or excluded in the price.

We did the cruise in the New Year day so we it was more expensive than other occasions but we were so in love with it. Although the weather is kinda cold so we couldn't swim but we have jacuzzi in ouft rooms so it was nice. The bay in winter had its own different beauty so I were not regret choosing to do this cruise in winter. I also gave tips to the crew to do the cruise on their special days in a year. I would definitely recommend this cruise for your holiday, they served we nice meals during the trip for me and my partners.

Which I enjoyed the most during this cruise is kayaking and it was really fun. Although I've been travelling to many places and did the kayak in many places but this is just wonderful and I was amazed by the nature here. I felt so small to the massive view I got when doing the kayaking and a little scared haha. But it was a very hot day so I enjoyed it with swimming in the late afternoon when they allowed us to do it. We also visited a very big cave that I didn't remember the name, and there were so many tourists from many other cruises but the experience was good so no problem, maybe we have the same itinerary. Thanks to the crew Huong and Tuan, and others for such a wonderful trip in Halong, although it was pretty short I loved it. Will get back to Vietnam next time!

I came here with my family of 5. From the beginning after reach the big cruise, their's a welcoming atmosphere with a cold refresher towel and a glass of cold tea. This services I got in many places so I think it's common & popular in Vietnam culture. The room we got us is the family for 4 people because one of my child will sleep with us, it's 2 seperate rooms with large beds We stay in a bigger room and our 2 kids is in the other room which share the same bathroom with us. Both rooms have beautiful view of the bay and fully furnished equipped with every necessary things you could think of. I also loved the "Happy Hour" maybe at the evening I remember and I got 2 drinks just for 1 price. Then we got our dinner and it went very well during the whole day. We had a very lovely time and just book this cruise for the best services.

After staying here for 2 nights, we want to recommend spending a little more money to have a room with balcony to have a gorgeous view in the next morning when you wake up. I actually felt like in heaven when open my eyes at about 6 AM and watched the the stunning bay in the early morning, I also did simple yoga here because the view the atmosphere was so unreal. The I went to sleep again. I usually not a morning person so the next day I tried to get up early an try the Taichi class and it was so relaxing to start a new day on cruise. I also felt that the staff in the cruise tried so hard with their job and sometimes I felt they do it too much and may felt tired. Like in our meals, they came to ask us sometimes about our meals and cleared our plates and changed it to a new one. Maybe it's their responsibility, but I just felt they have to do to much and maybe felt bad for them so I gave some tips, hope that helps. We will recommend their services to other of my friends because I love it so much! Thanks to all the crew!

What I loved our this cruise was the food was so amazing and they prepare very good meals for me as vegetarian. The staff always served us the food with a smile and some questions to make sure we felt comfortable during the trip. Our crew manager Megan was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable when providing so many interesting information about the Bay, we visited Bai Tu Long with Signature cruise. I just realized that if any guest want to celebrate their special dates on cruise, the cruise will prepare a cake, flowers and decorate the rooms to be very lovely. We were so glad that we booked it with our discount for summertime, such a best offer. Sarah was wonderful too, thank you so much. Me my best friends booked 3 cabin the second deck to do the 2 day 1 night in Ha Long and it turned out that our cruise is in Bai Tu Long Bay and it's also beautiful. We did a lot of activities in the itinerary of the cruise like doing the kayaking, swimming in the afternoon and have our sunset drink at the top deck with a very nice weather in May. We also tried massage onboard which is about $240 for both 6 of us for an hour and it was so satisfying and relaxing. After that we got back to our room and filled our tub with a very comfortable temperature of water. We took turns to have a bath and had a nice sleep at mid night. We felt so refreshed for the next day so we decided to do the Taichi class the first time while the sun was slowly coming up, we felt like imagination haha. Will recommend it to my couples of friends when getting back to my country!

Amazing trip on Signature cruise in May 2025. Me and my partners did a lot of research before choosing & booking any services on the internet and we were so lucky to see this cruise in real life and it went beyond my expectations. Everything in our trip went well and we're so glad to give a feedback here. The pick up from Hanoi with a nice and comfortable bus is included in the price.and even Vietnam Escape Tours could arrange bus for us to Ninh Binh after the cruise trip. As my experiences the cruise in Bai Tu Long Bay will be less touristic, quieter and the scenery will be as beautiful as other bay I think, so it may suite people who love chilling & relaxing trip. The most surprising thing happened when we were updated to a very large room with big balcony in the back although we booked senior room, their offer is so good and the room had a very stunning view of the bay. We joined in the cooing class as well and we had a lot of fun, we tried preparing Vietnamese roll with shrimps & porks in there with soy sauce, it's my first time ever. To be honest, we love doing the cruise and will comeback Vietnam next time and do the 3D2N trip in Halong bay for more experience.

Nice 2D1N trip with Signature cruise team! The cruise has free wifi available so we were still updated with news, emails & facebook but definitely when the cruise had gone far away in the bay, the internet would be hard to connect, but it was understandable for all activities here. We just spent our time mostly at the private balcony to relax and had a drink, we definitely recommend booking a room with that. I think for our generation that have retired for almost 10 years now, we just want a very calm & slow trip to relax and book this cruise in Ha Long is my exact decision. We couldn't attend in the kayaking because we felt a little tired after our 6 days trip in Hanoi so most of the time we just relaxed at our room, but we saw that people who attend in the kayak, they loved it. We wish that the next time in Vietnam, we will have time to explore other bay instead of Bai Tu Long Bay on Signature cruise to see more caves & areas. This is actually our last trip before betting back to London so see you again Vietnam.

If there's anyone wants to visit Bai Tu Long Bay, you could book this cruise, they serve best services. Just think that you could avoid the peak season in Ha Long Bay by go to Bai Tu Long Bay cruise. This Signature cruise is a wooden cruise that is luxury with a jacuzzi in our room. I'm a picky eater but I loved the food here, it maybe 5 stars from the quality to the presentation and the appearance, especially the 7 courses meal for dinner. My advice for people here is that please consider to do the 2 nights here because it a proper time to enjoy all the scenery and have a lot of pictures with beautiful caves, village, islands.
