12.15: The staff will welcome you onto the Valentine Cruise at Tuan Chau harbour with a friendly smile and a welcome drink.
13.15 – 14.00: Your first meal on board will introduce you to the fine hospitality and flavours on the Valentine Cruise. Watch the limestone mountains slide by the window or head to the spa for a massage.
16.00: We will discover the local legends attached to the incredible stalactites and stalagmites of the Surprising Cave, our first stop on the tour.
18.30 – 19.00: We return to the Valentine Cruise and watch our multitalented chef as he or she provides us with a fruit carving demonstration.
19.30: The dining room will host its resplendent dinner, served in front of the moonlit bay.
20.45: Of the post-dinner activities we host on board, you can take your pick. Squid fishing and a relaxed time at the bar with friends are usually the most popular.

06.30: Our onboard tai chi teacher will give us a crash course in tai chi, a deeply relaxing martial art and a great way to start the day. Breakfast is served shortly afterwards in the kitchen below.
07.45 – 09.00: We spend a good amount of time on Titop Island this morning, absorbing the views from its wonderful viewing platform at its peak. Alternatively, you could instead spend your time on the golden sands or in the deep blue water.
09.00: We return to the Valentine Cruise for our last bit of sailing as we make the slow return to the harbour. An early lunch is served as we approach.
11.00: Disembark at the harbour and say your farewells to the staff. You are free to utilise the Valentine Cruise lounge until your onward transportation arrives.

12.15: At Tuan Chau harbour, the passengers will meet and board the Valentine Cruise with a welcome drink.
13.15 – 14.00: Take a seat in the dining room for lunch as we start cruising. Massages can be booked from this point onwards.
16.00: After cruising around the bay in luxurious style, we arrive at the Surprising Cave and have a look around its fascinating insides.
18.30 – 19.00: We re-board the Valentine Cruise and begin sailing again as one of our chefs emerges from the kitchen to provide us with an entertaining masterclass in fruit carving.
19.30: Eat a delicious dinner in the dining room before an evening of onboard entertainment in the stillness of the bay.

06.30: Light breakfast snacks will accompany the tai chi session that we will hold on the sundeck.
07.45: Take a full breakfast afterwards as we weigh anchor and begin the day’s cruising.
08.45 – 10.15: We board the Valentine day boat and head out into quieter waters for the day, starting at Luon Cave. We take a sampan boat through the wet cave to a shimmering lake encircled by limestone spires on the other side.
10.30: Our next stop is Cua Van fishing village, a community of floating fishermen who enjoy a relaxed life with their families in the bay.
12.30: We return to the day boat to enjoy a delicious lunch.
14.30: In the centre of the bay, we find Tung Sau pearl farm, which runs informative tours on how precious pearls are farmed and refined.
15.30: Rejoining the Valentine Cruise, you have the chance to nap for the rest of the afternoon or enjoy some social drinks as we continue cruising.
19.30: A dinner will conclude the day’s proceedings, followed by an evening of mild activity and much tranquility.

06.30: We start the new day with more tai chi on the sundeck and another delicious light breakfast in the dining room.
07.45 – 09.00: Halong Bay’s most famous island, Titop, is where we will drop anchor this morning. We will have enough time to enjoy all of the relaxing, swimming and hiking activities that this island possesses.
09.00: We return to the valentine Cruise to check out, enjoying a brunch a bit later on as we approach the harbour.
11.00: The harbour is where we leave the Valentine Cruise for the final time, waving goodbye to the staff as we do so.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Customer
• More than 30 days prior to check-in (departure date): Free of charge
• From 30 to 16 days prior to check-in (departure date): 10% of total rates
• From 15 to 10 days prior to check-in (departure date): 20% of total rates
• From 9 to 5 days prior to check-in (departure date): 50% of total rates
• Less than 5 days prior to check-in (departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates
*** Cancellation notice from the customer must be sent to us via email. Refund will be processed between 10 -15 working days.
Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.
