8.00 – 8.30 Get ready at hotel lobby, our driver will pick you up and transfer to Tuan Chau Harbor.
11.30 – 12.00 The transfer boat will pick you up at Tuan Chau international port and take you to velar of the sea cruise. After boarding, you will be greeted with a glass of water and then hear a short briefing about safety on board.
13.15 Lunch will be served while cruising to a deeper part of Lan Ha Bay. After lunch you will have a short break and check in to your room before joining outdoor activities.
15.00 Velar of the sea will anchor in Tra Bau area, you can choose between swimming or kayaking in the crystal-clear waters.
17.00 Time to be back on board to to shower and change clothes before joining party on the sun deck.

9:30: Check out of your cabin as we near the mainland. After an early brunch and final farewells from our crew at 10:45 - 11:00, board our tender back to the wharf for your return trip to Hanoi.
11:45 - 12:10: Hop aboard the sharing limousine for the journey back to Hanoi.

8.20 Transfer to day boat and move to our destination today - Viet Hai village. Viet Hai village is located on Cat Ba island, Hai Phong area.
This village is surrounded by mountains and the rain forest.
Coming to Viet Hai village, we will explore the lives of the villagers here. You can cycle around the island through rice fields and enjoy the view. Or you can choose to travel by electric car. Please note that there is a fee for the electric vehicle service
12.00 Back to the day cruise and enjoy lunch while moving to Lan Ha Bay where we will be swimming and kayaking.
13.30 Arrive at Ba Trai Dao beach, this is one of the most beautiful beaches in Lan Ha Bay and has few tourists. You can swim or kayak here.
15.15 – 15.30 Get on day boat and transfer back to Velar Of The Sea cruise.
16.30 Enjoy the most beautiful sunset at the Gulf Of Tonkin while enjoying drinks and participating in happy hour and cooking class.
19.00 Dinner will be served at the restaurant.
20.45 After dinner, there are many activities for you to choose from chatting at the bar, playing games, karaoke and squid fishing… Or you can relax in your room.

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. Yes, we can pick you up from Tam Coc in Ninh Binh for your Halong Bay Cruise trip. The cruise bus does not pick up from Ninh Binh but Vietnam Escape Tours can arrange a pick-up from Ninh Binh with a sharing limousine bus with good quality. Please let Vietnam Escape Tours team know your hotel name and address in Ninh Binh and we will let you know the time for pick-up. Pick-up from Ninh Binh will be sooner than pick-up from Hanoi, normally it will be from 07.30 -07.45 AM. When you visit Vietnam you will need a visa to Vietnam except you are in the list for visa exemption countries. Sometimes, the signal is fine but sometimes not depending the location the cruises are. As you see there are thousands of limestone islands there which make he signal not so good. It is not easy when will be the best time to visit Halong with Velar of the seas cruise. From March to April can be good time for weather when it is in the dry season, not hot, not cold but this time it can be foggy. From may to June it is hot but with blue skype and good for photos. From July to August it is still hot and more rain, nice blue sky when it is not rainy. From Sep to Nov it is cool but from Sep to Oct there are often typhoon in North Vietnam and Halong Bay also. So in not typhoon day it is good. From Dec to Feb it dry season but it will be cold. So you can check and choose a suitable month for you.
