7:30 – 7:45 AM: The smiling tour guide will help you onto the bus as it sits outside your hotel lobby.
12:30 PM: At Hon Gai harbour, we find the Paloma Cruise awaiting our boarding.
13:30 PM: We explore the interior of the ship before sitting down to a tasty lunch in the dining room.
15:30 PM: At Thien Canh Son cave, we can explore the beautiful insides and take the chance to kayak around its magnificent entrance.
18:00 PM: We can experience the beauty of the sunset from the deck of the Paloma Cruise. Our other passengers will be here to make this an attractively social time.
19:15 PM: An exquisite dinner will bring about an evening of relaxed activities, including squid fishing, playing board games, taking drinks at the bar or returning to your cabin.

7:30 – 7:45: The bus that will take you from your hotel to Bai Tu Long Bay will collect you in the morning.
12:30: Around midday, we reach Hon Gai harbour and find the Paloma Cruise waiting for us in the bay.
13:30: We begin our cruising past the wealth of gorgeous limestone islands as we take lunch in the dining room.
15:30: After an early evening of relaxing on board the ship, we arrive to Thien Canh Son Cave and explore its magical interior.
18:00: A sunset party will give us a good chance to meet new friends and watch the beautiful daily spectacle across the sky.
19:15: Head to the dining room for a delicious dinner before taking the night as you wish. We have a good selection of options to keep you entertained, including squid fishing and a night spent watching movies in the restaurant.

6:00: We have free tea and coffee for our guests up early enough to enjoy the tai chi class on the sundeck.
7:00: In the restaurant, a delicious breakfast will be served.
8:30: After this, we climb into the Paloma day boat for a more comprehensive look at the quieter areas of the bay.
9:00: We spend the morning in the Cap La area, where we will find sandy coves, wild islands and a plethora of swimming and kayaking opportunities in the placid waters.
12:30: We will endeavour to have lunch on the beach, but we can have it on the day boat if the weather doesn’t comply.
14:00: We have the early afternoon to explore more at our leisure around the Cap La area.
16:00: We head back to the Paloma Cruise in the late afternoon, enjoying the sunset party before dinner.
19:00: Take your final dinner in the restaurant and relax into another tranquil evening on the ship. Perhaps tonight, you would prefer to head to the bar for social drinks.

6:00: Our onboard tai chi master will run another tai chi session atop the sundeck.
7:00 – 9:00: We enjoy a light breakfast then take a trip to Vung Vieng fishing village on a local sampan boat, exploring the colourful community of fishermen living on floating rafts in the bay.
10:00: Once returned to the Paloma Cruise, our chefs will provide a cooking demonstration before providing us with a delicious early lunch on the cruise back to the harbour.
11:45: We pull into the harbour and disembark the Paloma Cruise, heading back to Hanoi afterwards on the shuttle bus.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Customer
• More than 33 days prior to check-in ( departure date): Free of charge
• From 33 to 15 days prior to check-in ( departure date): 10% of total rates
• From 14 to 8 days prior to check-in ( departure date): 20% of total rates
• From 7 to 4 days prior to check-in ( departure date): 50% of total rates
• Less than96 hours prior to check-in ( departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.

• In case of adverse weather conditions in Halong Bay, the cancellation will ONLY be made by the Halong Bay Management Board. Usually the announcement will be declared very close to or on the departure date and our refund policy will come into effect.
