The 28m2 of the Hera Planet cabins provide easily enough space for 2 adults and an infant, with a wide double bed and table with chairs in front of the window. The varnished wooden floor extends throughout the en suite bathroom, which features an indulgent walk-in shower and gorgeous marble walls.

The connecting planet rooms provide a huge amount of space between the Saturn and Mars cabins or the Venus and Mercury cabins. Three adults and a child under the age of 12 can enjoy the multitude of amenities on offer and the décor is based off the elements of fire, earth, space, water and air.

Hera Cruises is one of Halong Bay’s luxury cruises, but one that takes the experience to the next level, providing 5-star amenities and services that give the voyage a feeling of total opulence and serenity. Personal butlers provide another avenue for your relaxation, waiting on your every whim with excellent English skills and a consistently friendly attitude.
As far as facilities go, the Hera Cruise remains head-and-shoulders above the rest. Five different types of suites contain excellent design features and universal balconies, with a spa, gym, two restaurants and a resplendent sundeck crowning the top.

7:30 – 8.00 From your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, our driver will meet you and transfer you eastwards for about 3.5 hours, ending at Tuan Chau harbour in Halong Bay.
12:15 - 12:30 The luxury begins with a homemade welcome drink, presented to you as you step onto the majestic Hera Cruise for the first time.
13:15 – 14:30 In the Lily Restaurant, an a la carte lunch will set you up for a beautiful day of cruising.
15:30 – 16:45 During a serene cruise through the bay, you will have two options through which to explore the majesty of Halong Bay from a closer angle.
Option 1: We can take a local rowing boat ride around Cua Van fishing village or opt instead to kayak around it ourselves.
Option 2: We can visit the dramatic Tien Ong Cave and find another world of illuminated stalactite and stalagmite formations.
17:00 – 17:45 Upon returning to the Hera Cruise, you will be presented with our afternoon tea set, featuring many hot beverages and a selection of small side dishes for accompaniment.
17:00 – 18:45 In the Iris Restaurant, our chefs will put on an excellent cooking demonstration. After this, happy hour begins at the bar.
19:00 The theme of our dinner tonight is that of a ‘floating restaurant’, so indulge yourself here and prepare for a tranquil night of quiet activities such as squid fishing or a relaxing session at the onboard spa.
Exclusive services: At the Concierge Level, passengers may request personalised meals at whatever time suits them. Simply arrange this with your personal butler.

06:15 – 06:45 The new morning light graces Halong Bay as our onboard tai chi master graces the sundeck, showing you this ancient martial art as we take in the bay’s beauty.
06:45 – 08:30 In the Iris restaurant, a full and organic breakfast will continue our energising start to the day.
8:30 Today, you the choice of three activities:
Option1: We can head to Sung Sot Cave, where we will find Halong Bay’s largest and most dramatic cave.
Option 2: We can visit Titop Island and engage in the trio of activities available here – swimming, reclining and trekking to the island’s peak.
Option 3: We can glide through the magical wet cave of Luon Cave, either via kayak or local rowing boat.
09:00 – 10:30 Back aboard the Hera Cruise, we have time to check out and have a wonderful buffet brunch, this time themed on Vietnam’s bustling markets.
10:30 – 10:45 The luxury shuttle bus will be waiting for you as we approach the harbour. Step off the Hera Cruise and board the bus for your return transfer to Hanoi.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Customer
• More than 30 days prior to check-in (departure date): Free of charge
• From 30 to 16 days prior to check-in (departure date): 10% of total rates
• From 15 to 10 days prior to check-in (departure date): 20% of total rates
• From 9 to 5 days prior to check-in (departure date): 50% of total rates
• Less than 5 days prior to check-in (departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.
