07:45 - 08:30: At your hotel lobby in Hanoi, our driver will arrive to take you to Bai Tu Long Bay - an indispensable destination in any Vietnam Package Tours.
12:30: We arrive at the bay where we find the Royal Wings Cruise waiting majestically amidst limestone mountains.
13:30: Relax onto the cruise and enjoy lunch as we begin sailing.
15:30: During our relaxing afternoon, we make a stop at Vung Vieng fishing village and head around the floating commune via a bamboo boat.
16:30: After this, we head to Ban Chan beach, a glorious cove backed with limestone and jungle beauty.
17:30: We return to the Royal Wings Cruise in time for happy hour at the bar.
18:00: A cooking demonstration shows us the magic of Vietnamese cooking as the magic of the country’s nature is shown in the resplendent accompanying sunset.
19:30: A barbecue dinner will be served in the beautifully lit restaurant.
Until 12:00: After dinner, take your pick of activities, ranging from drinks at the bar to squid fishing and board games.

06.30: Tai chi will get us off to a great start to the day.
07:00: We have a buffet breakfast ahead of our transfer to Thien Canh Son cave, which features beautiful rock formations in abundance.
09:00: A fruit carving demonstration will welcome us back onto the Royal Wings Cruise as we begin out return to the harbour, followed by a lovely brunch.
11:00: We leave the Royal Wings Cruise and head back to Hanoi via the shuttle bus that will be waiting for us at the harbour.

07:45 - 08:30: Await the arrival of the tour guide to your hotel lobby, From here, you will take the 3.5 – 4 hour transfer to Bai Tu Long Bay.
12:30: A welcome drink and a quick cruise itinerary briefing will introduce you to the Royal Wings Cruise.
13:30: Take a seat in the restaurant for a lovely set-menu lunch.
15:30: Some cruising around the bay will be followed by a visit to Vung Vieng fishing village, a floating commune of fishermen around which we can kayak or take a local-rowed sampan boat.
16:30: After this, we head to Ban Chan beach for relaxing on the sands and swimming in the calm waters.
17:30: We head back to the Royal Wings Cruise and enjoy a happy hour as the sun begins to set.
18:00: We head over to the Cong Do area to anchor the ship for the night, while our passengers can follow the chef with a fun and engaging cooking class.
19:30: The first dinner of the cruise will be a succulent barbecue affair.
After this, the evening is yours to spend however you wish. Join your friends for some lively karaoke or some relaxed squid fishing.

06.30: We wake up in the Cong Do area and enjoy the beauty of morning in Bai Tu Long Bay with a tai chi session on the sundeck.
07:00: A buffet breakfast will come before we board the smaller day boat, which can take us to more hidden areas of the bay.
09:30: We follow the routine of a local fishermen in the Cap La area, learning how some of the ancient methods for fishing are still in operation today.
11:00: Rejoin the day boat and have a refreshing lunch in its restaurant.
13:00: The afternoon begins with a visit to the beautifully tranquil Vung Ha area, through which we can kayak or swim around the islands.
16:30: Re-board the Royal Wings Cruise and make use of the boat’s facilities as we head back to the Cong Do area for another quiet night. Enjoy happy hour later on as the sunset provides us with a wealth of photo opportunities.
19:00: Experience another delicious dinner as we take the evening time at our own private leisure.

06:30: Take in the early morning scene of Bai Tu Long Bay once more with an energising tai chi session.
07:45: Before we head out today, a buffet breakfast is served downstairs, followed by the transfer to Thien Canh Son cave and the wealth of interesting rock formations to be found within.
10.30: A fruit carving demonstration will accompany the return to the harbour. On the way, we will be able to enjoy lunch.
12:00: The crew will wave you off the Royal Wings Cruise. You will able to take the return bus back to Hanoi from here.

• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.

• More than 33 days prior to check-in ( departure date): Free of charge
• From 33 to 15 days prior to check-in ( departure date): 10% of total rates
• From 14 to 8 days prior to check-in ( departure date): 20% of total rates
• From 7 to 4 days prior to check-in ( departure date): 50% of total rates
• Less than96 hours prior to check-in ( departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance.
