You will find all of the necessary amenities within the space of our Deluxe Private Balcony cabins: two twins or one queen-sized bed below a powerful air-conditioner and next to a graceful en-suite bathroom. The private, furnished balcony offers you the opportunity to enjoy a private breakfast or to savour some afternoon tea.

07:30 Once you have boarded the Syrena bus, we will head to our destination, Tuan Chau harbour.
12:30 The crew will bestow you with a welcome drink as we board the Syrena Cuise at the harbour.
13:00 Take a seat in the gorgeous dining room for a scenic lunch, served in the shadows of the forested mountains around us.
14:30 We head first to the Surprising Cave, where we learn of the geology of Halong Bay through its most gorgeous and impressive limestone cavern.
15:45 Halong Bay’s most famous beach, Titop, will be our next stop. Here we can recline on the golden sands or take a swim in the ocean, with the trek to the island’s peak reserved for the more active of our passengers.
16:45 We head back to the Syrena Cruise before dinner to relish the positive atmosphere that befalls Halong Bay during sunset.
18:30 Grab yourself a great deal during happy hour at the bar and head to the kitchen to watch one of our chefs put on an informative cooking demonstration.
19:00 The day gives way to night over the course of our beautiful dinner, served in style.
20:30 Our list of evening activities incorporates squid fishing and movies in the restaurant, but the bar and spa are always open as well.

06:30 A tai chi session atop the sundeck will prepare us for the new day with a kick of energy.
07:00 Luon Cave is our first destination as we weigh anchor this morning. We head over there while a delicious breakfast is served downstairs.
08:00 Head through the watery canal of Luon Cave on a bamboo boat; this is one of the more magical experiences in Halong Bay, especially when we emerge into an enclosed lagoon at the back of the cave.
09:15 Return to the Syrena Cruise and enjoy a filling brunch as we draw ever nearer to the harbour.
10:45 Our crew will send you off with a friendly smile as we disembark the Syrena Cruise and head back to Hanoi on the shuttle bus.

07:30 At your hotel in the Old quarter of Hanoi, our driver will meet you and take you to Halong Bay.
12:30 Once we have arrived at Tuan Chau harbour, you will be presented with a welcome drink and an introduction to the Syrena Cruise.
13:00 As we relax into life on board, we have a delicious lunch in exquisite surrounds.
14:30 We make our first stop at Pelican Cave, one of the lesser-visited caves in Halong Bay, exploring the natural wonders within.
15:45 At Titop Island after this, we can take the hike to the viewing platform or simply relax on the beach or in the water.
16:45 We head back to the Syrena Cruise to take it easy for the rest of the afternoon and evening.
18:30 Happy hour and a cooking demonstration will prepare us for a delicious dinner.
19:00 Dinner is served as the last of the light fades for the day.
20:30 We will be showing films on board the Syrena Cruise, but you can always opt for a massage at the spa or some time squid fishing on the tender boat instead.

06:30 Head to the sundeck for a beginners’ tai chi session led by our experienced tai chi teacher.
07:45 Downstairs, a breakfast is served. Enjoy this and then board the day boat for quieter explorations of the bay.
10:05 We spend the morning in two magical areas, the first is Trong (Drum) Cave and the second is Ho Dong Tien (Fairy Lake).
12:30 We take lunch on the day boat during our cruise to Halong Bay’s pearl farm, where we can learn about this precious trade before we head to Sung Sot Cave, the grandest of all caves in the bay.
16:30 Returning to the Syrena Cruise, we join the new set of passengers on board as we cruise towards the overnight anchorage point.
18:30 More drinks and food can be tried with another happy hour and another cooking class.
19:00 Sit down to a lovely dinner as the moonlit bay glistens outside.
20:30 After dinner, you can engage in some squid fishing or simply relax in the cabin.

06:30 There is one more chance to engage in the tai chi class atop the sundeck this morning.
07:00 In the restaurant, a light breakfast with many Western options will be served.
08:00 We arrive at Luon Cave and take a sampan boat through the river that cuts through there, emerging onto the other side where we will find an enclosed lake.
09:15 Back on board the Syrena Cruise, we enjoy the return voyage towards Tuan Chau harbour, with a brunch served as we approach it.
11:00 Once we have arrived at the harbour, we will board the bus and the driver will take us back to Hanoi, arriving in the late afternoon.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking
• The remained balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, our travel consultant will inform you if full payment is required or the exact deposit amount deadline for the remained balance.
Cancellation by Customer
• More than 31 days prior to check-in: Free of charge
• From 31 to 23 days prior to check-in: 20% of total rates
• Less than 22 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.
