On the Rosa Cruise in Halong Bay, we keep Vietnamese traditions alive with our beautiful boat, covered in burnished wood across just nine cabins. As one of the smaller Halong Bay budget cruises, we ensure that your time is special to you, with personalised service from very well-trained staff and excellent private facilities such as balconies and well-equipped en suites, featured within each cabin.
Our sundeck opens the world of Halong Bay up to you, with all of its soaring green peaks and the emerald water from which they rise. Our itinerary gives you a look at the best of Halong Bay through its popular and quiet attractions, leaving you with a great memory of the bay and the cruise that took you there.
07:30 – 08:30: Your hotel lobby in Hanoi will be the meeting point between you and your guide. We take the transfer to Halong Bay after this.
12:00: The Rosa Cruise awaits us patiently in the harbour. A welcome drink will ease us on board.
12:30: We have many options for our delicious lunch, served as we pass the first few limestone mountains that comprise Halong Bay.
14:00: A pearl farm is our first stop. Here we will learn about activity surrounding this precious gem.
15:30: Our next stop is Tung Gau, a beautiful area known best for being the setting of the movie Kong: Skull Island.
17:00: We head back to the Rosa Cruise and relax until dinner is ready.
19:00: Take a seat in the dining room for dinner; we will be eating it while the bay’s light fades outside.
21:00: Try squid fishing with the crew or any of our other various after-dinner activities.

06:30: A tai chi session will help us to greet the new day in Halong Bay.
07:00: Take a light breakfast while the captain weighs anchor and sets sail for the heart of the bay.
08:30: Here we find the Surprising Cave, so named for the many interesting and bewildering rock formations found inside.
10:00: The cooking class back on the boat will demonstrate how to cook Vietnamese spring rolls for the benefit of you and your friends back home.
11:00: This will be followed by lunch, as Tuan Chau harbour looms closer.
12:00: Upon reaching the harbour, we will leave the Rosa Cruise for the final time, taking the bus back to Hanoi after this.

07.30 – 08:30: Meet the tour guide in your hotel lobby as they help you board the bus eastwards to Tuan Chau harbour.
12.00: Meet the Rosa Cruise at the harbour and enjoy your initial steps on board.
12.30: Relax into the cruise and enjoy a seafood or vegetarian lunch in the restaurant.
14.00: Tung Sau pearl farm will be our first stop, where we will learn about the refinery process and take some time afterwards to kayak around the beautiful surroundings.
16.00: We re-board the Rosa Cruise and enjoy some relaxation time followed later by a sunset party.
19.00: A lovely dinner will be served in the dining room.
21.00: Take your pick of after-dinner entertainment on the Rosa Cruise. This could be squid fishing or perhaps some social drinks at our well-stocked bar.

06.30: Head upstairs to the sundeck and enjoy a tranquil sunrise with a tai chi session.
07.30: A lovely breakfast is served before we board the day boat and head back out into the bay.
08.30: Our first stop is Titop Island, where we will have some time to relax or climb to the peak.
10.30: Re-board the day boat and cruise around the bay. A lunch will be served later on.
14.00: We head to Me Cung Cave, one of the oldest caves in the bay, to explore the wonders within.
16.00: A cooking class and sunset party will reintroduce us to the Rosa Cruise.
19.30: Take a delicious dinner in the dining room before indulging in squid fishing, board games, drinks at the bar or simple relaxation in your cabin.

06.30: We start the new day with a boost of energy from the tai chi class held upstairs.
07.00: Breakfast is served in the dining room as we begin our cruising again for the day.
08.30: The Surprising Cave is our first and last stop today, filled with magical stalactites and stalagmites that glisten in the light that illuminates them.
10.00: We will watch another cooking class back aboard the Rosa Cruise.
11.00: An early lunch will accompany our return to the harbour.
12.00: The luxurious shuttle bus will take you back to Hanoi once we have disembarked the Rosa Cruise at Tuan Chau harbour.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Customer
• More than 30 days prior to check-in (departure date): Free of charge
• From 30 to 16 days prior to check-in (departure date): 10% of total rates
• From 15 to 10 days prior to check-in (departure date): 20% of total rates
• From 9 to 5 days prior to check-in (departure date): 50% of total rates
• Less than 5 days prior to check-in (departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.
