Morning (between 07.45 and 08.15)
- Our driver will collect you from your hotel in Hanoi and take you across the Red River Delta for 3.5 hours on the way to Tuan Chau harbour.
Afternoon (beginning at midday)
- Take your welcome drink aboard the Carina Cruise once we arrive at Tuan Chau harbour.
- Lunch will be served to help you refresh from the bus ride. The view of limestone spires and the fresh sea air from the sundeck will certainly help this.
- We head first to the Surprising Cave, which got its name from the many impressive limestone karsts that were discovered inside.
- At Titop Island, we have time to relax on the beach, float in the sea or attempt the short hike to the top of the island, where a panoramic view of the bay stretches out in every direction.
Early evening
- You have a great chance to share stories with new friends as we meet for the sunset party in operation on the sundeck.
- Have a gorgeous dinner in the restaurant with the twinkling bay outside.
- Relax into the evening in any way that suits you. This could be in the cabin with a book or at the bar over some drinks.

Morning (beginning at 06:30)
- Our tai chi class occurs early this morning, but try not to miss it, as it can provide you with much energy for the day ahead.
- A light breakfast will precede our trip to Luon Cave, through which we can sail on a local sampan boat or kayak. The gorgeous enclosed lake on the other side of the cave is a great place to unwind for a short time.
- On the sundeck of the Carina Cruise, we draw proceedings to a close with a cooking class from our chef.
- The cruise back to the harbour is accompanied by a filling brunch in the dining room.
Afternoon (beginning at midday)
- Around midday, we arrive to the harbour and disembark the Carina Cruise for the last time, heading back to Hanoi via the awaiting bus.
The Carina Cruise want to thank you for your business with us. We trust that you enjoyed yourself and we hope to see you again on another of our cruises.

Morning (around 07.45 – 08.15)
- Await pick up from the bus at your hotel lobby. There will be plenty of beautiful scenes across the Red River Delta as we make our transfer to Halong Bay.
Afternoon (starting at 12.00)
- Board the Carina Cruise at Tuan Chau Harbour as it stands amidst a majestic backdrop of limestone mountains.
- Lunch will be served at this point as you settle into the cruise.
- The ‘Surprising Cave’ is our first stop today. A walk around its magical interior can give us an idea about how the cavern came to be called as such.
- Iconic Titop Island will be our final stop of the day. Here we can spend a good amount of time on the beach, in the placid waters or atop the mountain after completing the 20-minute trek to reach the peak.
Early evening
- We return to the Carina Cruise and enjoy the sunset party atop its sundeck. Grab a drink from the bar and socialise with some of your fellow passengers.
- Sit down for a lovely dinner in the dining room, followed by a wealth of evening activities for you to engage in.

Morning (starting at 06:30)
- Take part in the tai chi session upstairs this morning for a chance to receive a kick of energy from this ancient martial art.
- Eat breakfast and climb into the day boat for your first stop to Maze Cave, a wonderful karst cavern providing visitors with excellent views from its entrance.
- The colourful commune of Cua Van will be floating in the bay as we approach it. We can take a kayak or a sampan boat ride around here to discover the lives of the locals.
Afternoon (starting at 12:00)
- A delicious lunch will precede our time spent at a floating pearl farm, where the various stages of pearl; production will become apparent to us.
Early evening
- We will return to the Carina Cruise and you will be able to socialise via another sunset party with mostly new passengers.
- Enjoy a tasty dinner in the majestic dining room.
- The evening activities on board will lull us beautifully into the evening; squid fishing and board games with the crew are just two examples.

Morning (starting at 06:30)
- Soak up the beauty of sunrise behind the tree-topped mountains over a tai chi session, held on our sundeck.
- The dining room will host a light breakfast as we continue sailing to Luon Cave, a marvellous wet cave housing nothing but beauty in its small cavern and enclosed lake. We explore here via local sampan boat or kayak, depending on your preference.
- Returning to the Carina Cruise, you have your final opportunity to take pictures as we glide back to the harbour.
- We will be able to try a fantastic brunch as we sail, followed by time for you to check out and get the last of your photos.
Afternoon (12:00)
- We dock at Tuan Chau harbour and take the bus ride back to Hanoi, arriving at about 16:00.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Customer
• More than 33 days prior to check-in ( departure date): Free of charge
• From 33 to 15 days prior to check-in ( departure date): 10% of total rates
• From 14 to 8 days prior to check-in ( departure date): 20% of total rates
• From 7 to 4 days prior to check-in ( departure date): 50% of total rates
• Less than96 hours prior to check-in ( departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.
