• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.

We went to Ninh Binh before the crusie trip in Halong with Athena Premium Cruise but we were only 2 people so Vietnam Escape Tours arranged a sharing limousine from Ninh Binh to Halong harbour for us to save the cost instead of a private van. Thanks to Lara for that. The cruise itself was amazing with a large swimming pool and it is a new cruise. Our cabin is so spacious with bathtub and standing shower. We stayed in Hanoi Old Quarter so the limousine could pick us up from our hotel at 08.30 AM. The journey from Hanoi to Halong International Harbour was just for about 2 hours and 45 minutes. Driver was careful and helpful with our big suitcase. Athena Premium Cruise staffs were very helpful and friendly. Victor was our guide and he did a great job by providing helpful information and guideline. He took cae all the customers carefully. Food on the cruise was fantastic with different options. Afternoon tea on the cruise was memorable with perfect weather. We joinned the cooking class together and enjoyed a sunset party with cocktails. In the evening, we went squid fishing together and it was so much fun. Athena Premium Cruise staffs even organized birthday celebrations for two guests on the cruise, which was truly meaningful. Sung Sot Cave was beautiful and we walked in the cave for about 45 minutes even it was a bit crowded but it is fine. My wife and i really enjoy kayaking in Luon Cave. If you dont wish to go kayaking you can chooe staying on the sampan boat rowed by the local people. Thank you so much for an unforgetable trip in Halong.

We had a great experience on Athena Premium Halong Bay Cruise. I traveled with my company and our company booked the crusie for the staffs and family staffs. We had a great time. The cruise is very new, just launched a month ago and the facilities, amenities are luxury. It is really a 5 star luxury cruise. There is a large swimming pool on the cruise so we can enjoy swimming anytime we like. The staffs on the cruises are very helpful and food on the cruise is incredible. As we charter the cruises so we spent a lot of time singing karaoke together. In the evening the squid fishing was very interesting, i caught 2 squides. 3 Day 2 Night on Athena Premium was unforgetable for me, my family members and my colleagues families. Thank to Celine from Vietnam Escape Tours who booked the Athena Premium Cruise Halong for us and if we have chance i will travel with my friends to the cruise again. Hoang - our guide on the cruise is helful and informative. He shared a lot of information about Halong and the cruise to us.

Our family had a good time on Athena Premium Halong Cruise. The cabin was so large in the size so even our family is 3 people but we still have space for enjoying the time in the cain. The cabin is with private balcony and we can enjoy the view of Halong Bay from the balcony or our cabin. food on the cruise was excellent and they also can arrange the vegetarian food for my wife. There are different options for dishes. Sunset party is incredible when we enjoy the sunset while drinking a glass or beer on the cruise. All the staffs members on the cruise are happy and supportive. the pick-up from Hanoi Old Quarter but we used our private car and they sent us the contact number at International Harbour and we had no matter with the pick-up. the swimming pool on the cruise is very nice and my little boy can enjoy swimming in most of the time and even in the evening. Thank you so much for a great trip. If you have more time i think 3 day 2 night will be better as we can discover more areas of Halong Bay.
