The six Luxury Window cabins on board the Aphrodite Cruise frame the bay perfectly with their accented windows, with slender wood paneling within offering a smoothness to match your passage through Halong Bay. These twin rooms feature wonderful standing showers and plenty of space throughout the cabin for 2 adults and a child.

The comfortable amenities and fresh, white linen of the 2 Family Suites we have on the lower deck really set the tone for this gorgeous cabin. 1 queen bed and 2 single beds make this ideal for medium-sized families with children under 12, as the extended 22m2 space provides enough of an area for kids to enjoy themselves, as well as a Jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom for the parents’ relaxation time.

The 2 Terrace Suites on board continue the legacy of the Family Suites, but the lack of another single bed affords space for the terrace, a gorgeous area facing the front of the ship with enough room for private sun beds. The Jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom offers a tough choice between the outdoors and the very soothing indoors, while our tray service means that you don’t have to leave at all.

12:15 - 13:00 The captain will talk us through the itinerary once we have boarded the Aphrodite Cruise at Tuan Chau Harbour.
13:00 – 14:00 A complimentary welcome drink and lunch kick off the tour, as does the initial view of Halong Bay’s gorgeous tree-topped mountains as we cruise.
15:00 We relax on the boat until arriving at Sung Sot Cave, a spacious cavern filled with colourful lighting that illuminates the impressive rock formations within.
16:15 - 17:15 We head next to Titop Island where we can play sport on the sand, relax in the sea or get great views of Halong Bay’s rolling seascape from the panoramic peak.
17:00 - 19:00 Return to the Aphrodite Cruise to relax as sunset concludes the day, accompanied by an attractive happy hour deal at the bar.
17:45 - 21:30 An informative cooking demonstration paves the way for dinner, which is a 5-star affair served in the resplendent dining room.
21:00 - Onward Time after dinner can be spent however you like on the Aphrodite Cruise. We have board games, squid fishing and an always-open bar for your enjoyment.

06:15 - 06:45 Halong Bay at sunrise is another of its unmissable spectacles, and you can view it before or during the tai chi class that we will hold up on the sundeck.
06:45 – 08:30 We take a light breakfast this morning followed by a trip to Luon Cave, where a local sampan boat (or self-powered kayak for $13 extra) will take us through the wet cave to the beautiful enclosed lake behind.
09:00 - 10:30 Return to the dining room for a filling brunch as the Aphrodite Cruise begins the long sail back to the harbour.
10:45 - 11:00 Upon returning to Tuan Chau harbour, the Aphrodite Cruise will ends its services and you can jump on the bus to head back to Hanoi.

12:15 - 12:30 Arriving at Tuan Chau harbour, we will lay eyes on the magnificent Aphrodite Cruise for the first time before boarding.
12:45 - 13:00 Meet the crew with a welcome drink and listen to their briefing of the cruise’s itinerary.
13:00 - 16:00 Check into your new cabin and return to the dining room for lunch. We will begin sailing to Sung Sot Cave during this time, arriving to find a gorgeous structure filled with interesting rock formations.
16:15 - 17:15 We head to the iconic island of Halong Bay, Titop Island, praised for its golden sand beach, clear water and available hike to the peak where a panoramic view of Halong Bay awaits.
17:00 - 19:00 Return to the Aphrodite Cruise for a chance to enjoy the sunset with a happy hour drink.
17:45 - 21:30 An informative and fun cooking class will reveal the mysteries of some Vietnamese dishes right before your eyes.
21:00 - Onward The evening is yours to do as you wish, so perhaps you would like to try the squid fishing or just relax on the sundeck or in your cabin.

the top of the Aphrodite Cruise’s sundeck, the beauty of Halong Bay will reveal
itself with a tai chi session run by our onboard tai chi master.
07:00 - 09:15 Enjoy
a light breakfast before taking the tender to the day boat, which is more nimble
and able to access quieter regions of the bay.
9:15 - 10:30 Choose
between a local-rowed sampan boat or a self-powered kayak to explore the
colourful fishing village of Cua Van.
11:30 - 13:00 Lunch
will be served in the dining area as we take a rest in a quiet location.
13:30 - 14:45 The
early afternoon will be spent kayaking and relaxing around the impressive Drum
Cave.
15:15 Returning
to the Aphrodite Cruise, you are free to take a nap in your cabin or soak up
the views from the sundeck.
17:45 - 18:30 Happy
hour will be a great reward for our day spent kayaking. Grab a cheap drink and
head to the cooking demonstration to watch as our chef prepares more delicious
food in front of us.
19:30 - 21:00 Relish
another gorgeous dinner in the luxurious restaurant.
21:00 - onward Movies
will be on offer to you for evening entertainment, as will the opportunity to
go squid fishing off a tender boat at the back of the Aphrodite Cruise.

06:15 - 06:45 Today
is the last chance for you to give tai chi a go on the sundeck. This is a great
way to see the sunrise and the new morning light of the bay.
06:45 – 08:30 After
a light breakfast, we make our final journey together to Luon Cave, through
which we will paddle in a kayak or a local-rowed sampan boat (there is a $13
surcharge for kayak use).
09:00 - 10:30 A
lovely brunch will be served in the dining room, after which you can check out
and take the last of your photos.
10:45 - 11:00 As the Aphrodite Cruise docks at Tuan Chau harbour, we will step off and board the waiting transit van that will drop us off in Hanoi.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.
