United StatesWe had an amazing stay on the Indochine Cruise. Honestly, it exceeded our expectations! The staff were definitely the highlight. They were so caring, attentive, and always checked in to make sure we were doing well. Special shoutout to Felix. He had everything covered, from being a gracious host to joining us as a kayaking buddy! The ship had a lovely vibe, blending modern comfort with traditional oriental touches. Our cabin was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. And the food, without exaggeration, was a wonderful surprise! Everything was delicious and skillfully prepared, with generous portions. Some meals were buffet-style, others were set dinners, and there was even a brunch after check-out. Beverages aren’t included, so you’ll need to pay for those. For Muslim travelers, the staff are very mindful and provide pork-free meals. If there’s one thing to improve, it would be the air-conditioning. The room did cool down eventually, but it took a while. I know the crew did their best, but a quicker cooling system would make the experience even better. The activities were varied and fun, including boating, kayaking, swimming, squid fishing, exploring caves, relaxing in the jacuzzi, and more. We were never bored! Overall, I would definitely recommend Indochine Cruise to family and friends. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, activities, and warm hospitality.

United KingdomI booked Suite 302 with a private balcony and bathroom for a 2-night cruise, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. The suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and very well maintained - offering a high level of comfort throughout the journey. Indochine cruise Lan Ha includes full board, and I was pleased with the variety and quality of the meals. The onboard restaurant caters well to Western tastes, but if you let the friendly and attentive staff know that you enjoy authentic Vietnamese cuisine, they'll go out of their way to surprise you with local specialties - a lovely touch that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Opting for 2 nights allowed for a more relaxed, immersive experience and gave me extra time to enjoy the ship and scenery without feeling rushed - something I truly appreciated. The cruise manager, originally from South Africa, was extremely professional and helpful, always available for assistance and willing to ensure everyone was comfortable. Unfortunately, kayaking was temporarily banned by the government the day before my trip began, which was disappointing as it was planned to be one of the central highlights of the itinerary. Still, the alternative arrangements were enjoyable, and the staff handled the situation well. In conclusion, I thoroughly enjoyed my time onboard and would gladly book this ship again should I return to Ha Long Bay. The combination of excellent service, beautiful accommodations, and personalized attention made for a memorable and worthwhile experience.

United StatesCruising through Halong Bay is an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend doing it with this company. Indochine Cruise strikes a perfect balance between traditional charm and modern comfort, with beautiful Vietnamese-inspired decor in both the rooms and common areas. We stayed on the upper deck, and our room featured a large panoramic window and a private balcony — offering breathtaking views of the bay from both the bedroom and bathroom. The ship is extremely well-maintained, with a spacious sundeck equipped with loungers, a small outdoor pool, a mini spa, and a relaxing lounge. The restaurant is elegant and serves three excellent meals a day, with high-quality food and attentive service. Every detail on board reflects thoughtful care and design. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout. The cruise also includes a variety of well-organized excursions and onboard activities, offering a great mix of adventure and relaxation. If you're planning to visit Halong Bay, Indochine cruise Lan Ha is a fantastic choice — combining comfort, scenery, and outstanding hospitality.

AustriaWhat an amazing experience! Indochine Cruise was absolutely beautiful, with a timeless elegance that made us feel like we’d stepped into another era. We stayed in a Junior Cabin, which was incredibly spacious - featuring a large bedroom with a seating area, a luxurious bathroom with a roll-top bath, twin sinks, a great shower, and a private balcony to enjoy the stunning views. We were especially lucky, as all cruises were cancelled the day after we left due to a typhoon. After meeting travelers who missed out, we realized just how special and fortunate our experience was. A Halong Bay cruise is truly a must-do when visiting Vietnam. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was exceptional - both the lunchtime buffet and the evening meal exceeded expectations. Between the breathtaking views, unforgettable sunset, and top-notch service, this was without a doubt one of the highlights of our holiday.

United KingdomI booked the 2-night Executive Suite package with full board and round-trip transfers directly through Vietnam Escape Tours website for Indochine Cruise , and I’m so glad I did! Most guests only stayed one night, which made their itinerary feel a bit packed. With two nights, I had plenty of time to unwind and take in the full experience. The cruise is beautifully designed, a lovely balance of traditional elegance and modern comfort. The decor, both in the rooms and common areas, is full of charm and character. My suite was spacious, sparkling clean, and very well maintained. The sundeck was definitely one of the highlights. It’s huge, with cozy seating and the perfect spot to sip a cocktail while watching the sunset. I genuinely loved every second up there, such a peaceful, memorable moment. Dining was also a treat. The restaurant is stylishly decorated and offers a variety of tasty dishes that suit Western palates. That said, I mentioned to the staff that I was a fan of Vietnamese food, and they went out of their way to serve me some delightful local dishes. It was such a thoughtful touch! The staff were exceptional, warm, attentive, and professional. They made the whole experience feel welcoming and effortless. I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. It was a fantastic 3-day, 2-night trip and completely worth it.

United KingdomStunning boat, beautiful rooms, and amazing views! The cruise exceeded all our expectations. Activities were fun but never overwhelming—there was still plenty of time to relax. Huge thanks to the helpful staff, especially our guide Phuc, for making everything perfect. The bus could pick us up from Hanoi Old Quarter and dropped us at Ninh Binh so it was very convinient.
