08.30: We continue the 3 days trip in Lan Ha Bay with visiting Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island. Stepping off the day boat, you will take the bicycle to explore the village path, go through the rain forests and the tunnels on the island. A stunning rice field will appear on the way. After a while, we stop for some rest. Then, the tour guide will take us to visit some local houses that were made from bamboo or mud. It’s a good chance to talk to local people and learn about their life on the island.
11.30: Get back to the day boat and enjoy a delicious lunch.
13.30: Enjoy your free time for kayaking or swimming nearby the boat. Then, we will visit Van Boi area – located in the heart of Lan Ha Bay.
16.30: Back to La Pandora Cruise and relax after the excursions. Join the sunset party on the sundeck and admire the amazing scenery of Lan Ha Bay.

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. Yes, there is guide on La Pandora Cruise. Our guide and bus driver of Lan Pandora cruise Halong Bay will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. If you dont't stay in Hanoi Old Quarter you may go to one of the hotel in our list that day or you can go to Hanoi Opera House at 08.30 AM and guide and driver will pick you up from there. If you have contact number and you can send to our travel consultant for better pick-up. Our guide may contact you before he comes to your place so it is easy and guide can support you any time on bus and on La Pandora Cruise
If you stay in Hanoi Old Quarter then there is no matter for pick-up. La Pandora Cruise bus and guide will pick you up from around 8.00 to 8.30 AM from your hote. In case, you do not stay in Hanoi Old Quarter then you can get a taxi to Hanoi Opera House and La Pandora Cruise bus will pick you up at 08.30 AM. Please contact your travel consultant for knowing the pick-up time from your hotels. Normally, you will know more accurate time in the late afternoon of the previous day of your travel date. The transfer from Hanoi to Tuan Chau Harbour will take about 3 hours.
La Pandora Cruise bus will drop you off at Hanoi Old Quarter about 15.00 at the end of your trip. So if you have flight after Halong Bay please consider your flight time to make sure that you do not miss your flight. However, Halong Bay or Lan Ha Bay share the same scenery so you will see no difference between Halong Bay or Lan Ha Bay. La Pandora Cruise or other cruises in Halong Bay bus/limousine do not pick up from Hanoi Aiport or Hai Phong Airport ( Cat Bi Airport). That is a shuttle bus so we only pick up and drop off from Hanoi Old Quarter. If you fly to Hanoi and want to go directly to Halong Bay to get on La Pandora Cruise then you should book a private car/van or you can go to Hanoi center for using the cruise bus. However, please note the time for starting from Hanoi at around 8.00- 8.30 or from Tuan Chau Harbour in Halong City at around 11.30 AM so you need to be ready before 11.30 AM.
Yes, cruise has wifi on cruise. However, please note that the signal on cruise is not very strong like the main land as there are thousands of island in Halong Bay and that is on the bay or the sea so the signal for wifi is not so good. If you work with email that will be fine but if you hope for good wifi for entertainment then it may be not.

Picked up from Hanoi Opera House at 8.30 AM for 3 hours transfer to Tuan Chau. there is a stop along the way to Halong where you can go to the restroom. The bus was clean and safe. We had a great time with our guide - Andy who helped us discover the beautiful Ha Long Bay! The food and activities were excellent with fresh food and the staff were all so lovely and frinely!!! Hilghy recommend this cruise for anyone who want to avoid the crowd of big cruise. Note, you should book the cabins with balcony so you can enjoy the view of the bay more.

The cruise with the Pandora team was very enjoyable. Captain Young was like a magician and singer all in one! The meals were generous and high quality, and our room on the second floor was super comfortable with perfect view of the bay Everything was perfect! We went to Cat Bi Airport after the cruise trip and Vietnam Escape Tours arranged a private for us to go to Cat Bi Airport in Hai Phong. You can catch a grap easily also.

We really really enjoyed this 2 day 1 night on La Pandora boat! The boat room was clean, and the food was good too with many options for vegatarian. The scenery of Halong Bay was beautiful and it was incredible in the good weather in a sunny day. The relaxed schedule made it easy for our family to create lots of great memories. I’d definitely recommend the crusie for anyone visiting Halong Bay. The round trip transfer is included when you book the cruise and pick-up time from Hanoi is at 8.30 AM. You will get back to your hotel about 15.30. There is options for going to the airport if you do not go to your hotel after your trip.

I enjoyed taking part in everything — lunch, kayaking, swimming, fruit tasting, cooking class, dinner, fishing, breakfast, and lunch the next day. It was a fun and flexible experience! The cruise was beautiful, and our family room with a balcony was spacious and very clean. The trip included four meals — the first one was local cuisine, and the others were buffet-style. All of members in my family enjoyed the trip so much. Very well organized schedule. Came back home from Vietnam last month and we enjoyed the trip so much in Vietnam with frienly people. Among the places we visited in Vietnam, the trip to Halong Bay with La Pandora was the best. The cruise serivce was excellent. We enjoyed the trip so much with nice weather. The food was very good! We went on the La Pandora boat, and it was really nice. I went with my wife and we enjoyed it a lot. Our room was big and had a great sea view. The views in Ha Long Bay were so beautiful! Mr. Hung, our tour guide, was very kind and helped us a lot. If I have a chance, I will come again on the cruise. Next time, we will do 3 day 2 night so we can have more time for discovering the remote area of the bay. La Pandora cruise has itinerary in Lan Ha and it is not so crowde like i see on the photo in destinations of Halong. the round trip transfer from Hanoi to Halong was good too with polite driver
