08:00 – 08:30 The transfer to Hon Gai harbour begins from your hotel lobby in Hanoi.
12:15 – 12:45 The Oriental Sails awaits your boarding at the harbour.
13:00 After a welcome drink, we enjoy our first meal on board, a tasty lunch, served in full view of the bay.
15:30 A local resident will row us around Vung Vieng fishing village, where we can see examples of fishing families living on floating houses atop the water.
17:30 – 18:00 We will view the sunset of Bai Tu Long Bay from the deck of the Oriental Sails, where we can also enjoy happy hour and a cooking class led by our chef.
19:00 Dinner will introduce us to the evening time in Bai Tu Long Bay, a time that can be enjoyed with squid fishing, social drinks at the bar or by relaxing in your cabin.

07:00 We have a delicious breakfast to kick off proceedings today.
08:00 At Thien Canh Son cave, our final stop, we enjoy the sights of rock formations glistening in the light.
09:00 Relax back into the cruise for your final few hours. A tasty brunch will be served as we approach the harbour.
12:00 – 16:30 Our bus will take us back to Hanoi after we disembark the Oriental Sails at Hon Gai harbour.

08:00 – 08:30 We start from your hotel, where the driver will come by to pick you up ahead of your 3.5 – 4 hour transfer to Hon Gai harbour in Halong city.
12:15 – 12:45 At the harbour, we board the Oriental Sails and take a walk around the ship to discover its features.
13:00 We have a wonderful lunch soon after boarding, served in full view of the bay through the dining room’s large windows.
15:30 Our first stop will be Vung Vieng fishing village, where we can take a kayak or local sampan boat around, exploring the wealth of life operating around the collection of floating houses.
17:30 – 18:00 Head to the bar once we have re-boarded the Oriental Sails for happy hour. A cooking demonstration will accompany this.
19:00 The dining room will host its second meal, a fabulous dinner. The rest of the night can be spent at your leisure, perhaps engaging in some squid fishing or board games with the crew.

06:30 – 07:00 We greet Bai Tu Long Bay with tai chi on the sundeck as it greets us with a beautiful morning scene.
07:00 – 08:00 Take a filling breakfast before we board the day boat to head out to quiet surroundings.
08:30 – 15:30 We spend most of the day at the Tra San and Vung Ha areas. These are two wild and secluded sections of Bai Tu Long Bay where we will have plenty of opportunities to swim, kayak and relax on the beach.
– At around 12.30, we will have lunch on the day boat.
15:30 We rejoin the Oriental Sails as you take more time to relax before dinner. Happy hour and a cooking class keep us entertained during a magical sunset.
19:00 The excellent atmosphere surrounding Bai Tu Long Bay is evident during dinner in the dining room. Take your pick of evening activities after this, we have squid fishing available again, as well as the opportunity to relax at the bar with new and old friends.

06:30 – 07:00 Atop the sundeck of the Oriental Sails, we will have another tai chi class in order to greet the bay in the appropriate fashion.
07:00 – 09:00 After breakfast, we head out to Thien Canh Son Cave, enjoying the sights of hundreds of rock formations illuminated in dramatic lighting.
09:30 – 11:00 We return to the ship for the last time, relaxing and taking pictures until an early lunch is served on the cruise back to the harbour.
12:00 – 16:30 We disembark from the Oriental Sails and take the comfortable shuttle bus back to Hanoi, arriving in the late afternoon. This is a mark of an end for the 3 days 2 nights trip in Halong Bay.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.
