With 14 excellent cabins, a bar, sundeck and a well-equipped restaurant, our beautiful cruise ship is the perfect fit to take you through the ancient land of Halong Bay. Modern comforts sit amongst the old-style décor, with burnished wood and azure furnishings offering an excellent take on the new and the old of Vietnamese culture.
Our itinerary, also balanced like a flamingo, offers both fantastic excursions into the bay and a great amount of time to spend on the ship, cruising through the World Heritage Site and experiencing the tropical wonderland within.
07:30 Wait in your hotel lobby for collection from our driver. We will take the easterly highway to Halong Bay after this.
12:30 A welcome drink will introduce you to the Flamingo Cruise, as will the itinerary briefing from the cruise manager.
13:30 Relish the tasty lunch served on board in the beautifully designed dining room.
15:00 After some relaxing cruising time, we arrive at Tung Sau pearl farm and take the chance to kayak around it.
16:30 We then spend the rest of the afternoon on Titop Island, perfect for either relaxing or taking the climb to the peak and enjoying the panoramic view available from up here.
18.00 Happy hour and a cooking class will be in full effect when we get back to the Flamingo Cruise.
19:30 There will be a fusion dinner of both Vietnamese and Western dishes as the night rolls in across Halong Bay.
21:00 For after dinner activities, you could try squid fishing with the crew. Alternatively, the bar will be open for you until you are ready to go to bed.

06:15 Tai chi on the sundeck helps us to enjoy the natural beauty around us while gaining a kick of energy for the day ahead.
07:15 We have a delicious breakfast and head to one of the more popular of Halong Bay’s attractions, Sung Sot Cave, where some of its most dramatic stalactites and stalagmites can be found.
09:00 Take the final brunch aboard the Flamingo Cruise as we return to the harbour.
10.45 We will leave the Flamingo Cruise as the crew send us off in a friendly manner. The bus will then take us back to Hanoi.

07:30 Our driver will arrive to your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi to transfer you to Halong Bay.
12:30 You will meet the Flamingo Cruise in the harbour and board it to hear the itinerary briefing by the tour manager.
13:30 A lunch is served while the first of Halong Bay’s unique limestone mountains glide past in the window.
15:00 A pearl farm will be our first stop today, followed by an exploration of Titop Island and the many activities to be found here.
17:30 Return to happy hour at the bar of the Flamingo Cruise as the sunset begins to descend beyond the mountains.
18.00 A cooking demonstration will provide you with entertainment and education in how to prepare traditional Vietnamese spring rolls.
19:30 We have many Western and Asian foods available for dinner, so you will always be able to find something for you.
21:00 Moonlight squid fishing is one of the options for after-dinner entertainment, so take this opportunity or just relax serenely on the sundeck.

06.30 A tai chi class in the morning will provide us with energy for the day, along with a full selection of food for your breakfast.
09.00 The day boat will convey us to Trong Cave, around which we can swim and kayak.
10.30 A pearl farm nearby will show us how some of the locals make money off the land.
12.00 There will be another tasty lunch served again, this time on the day boat.
16.00 After more relaxed cruising, we return to the Flamingo Cruise, giving you the chance to visit the spa before the evening rolls in.
19.30 Savour the fantastic dinner in the dining room as the moon makes an appearance in Halong Bay once again. You can head to the spa or relax in your cabin for a serene evening.

06:15 A final chance for tai chi will take place on the sundeck.
07:15 A light breakfast will come before our transfer to the Surprising Cave, which we will be able to explore.
09:00 Check out of the Flamingo Cruise once we have returned to the ship, taking your last pictures and having a tasty brunch while we cruise back to the harbour.
10.45 We pull up to Tuan Chau harbour and disembark into the await shuttle bus for our transfer back to Hanoi.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.
