08:30 – The driver and bus will pick up our passengers from their hotel lobbies before proceeding onto Tuan Chau harbour in Halong city.
12:00 – At the harbour, the Majestic Cruise awaits our boarding.
12:30 – For our first onboard meal, we have delicious seafood and vegetarian options.
14:30 – We cruise in the early afternoon, stopping for a quick tour of a pearl farm to learn about how this precious trade operates.
16:00 – At Titop Island afterwards, we get the chance to swim in the water, relax on the beach or get great photos from the viewing platform at the island’s peak.
17:30 – A cooking class aboard the Majestic Cruise will accompany the beautiful sunset.
19:30 – As the moon emerges, dinner is served in the dining room.
21:00 – For the evening time, you can find entertainment at the bar, with the crew or with loved ones in privacy.

06:30 – Morning begins with a tai chi session, held atop the sundeck in full view of the limestone mountains.
07:00 – A light breakfast will start us off today.
08:30 – We cruise over to Sung Sot cave, where we find a colourful theatre of beautiful stalactites and stalagmites.
11:00 – The final meal, a delicious brunch, will be served on the return to the harbour.
12:30 – Wave goodbye to the Majestic Cruise at Tuan Chau harbour before heading back to Hanoi, where we arrive at about 16:00.

08:30 – Once the driver has arrived to your hotel in Hanoi, we can take the drive to Halong Bay across the Red River Delta.
12:00 – At Tuan Chau harbour, we board the Majestic Cruise as it waits for us in the bay. Enjoy the welcome drink that you are provided with.
12:30 – We have many options for lunch to suit every dietary requirement. Get the first of your photos as we cruise through the initial stages of Halong Bay.
14:30 – At Tung Sau pearl farm, we have the opportunity to discover one of the more impressive trades in along Bay.
16:00 – Our next stop after this is Titop Island, where you can opt for relaxing on the beach, swimming in the sea or taking the hike up to the peak of the island and its panoramic view over Halong Bay.
17:30 – We return to the Majestic Cruise just before sunset, enjoying a cooking class in the dying light outside.
19:30 – A delectable dinner with barbecued seafood options will be presented to you in the dining room.
21:00 – For evening entertainment tonight, we have karaoke and squid fishing, along with an always-open bar.

06:30 – Tai chi is the perfect way to open the day’s proceedings in Halong Bay, so we will hold a session up on the sundeck.
07:00 – Enjoy your breakfast and board the nimble day boat for transportation to Halong Bay’s quieter locales, starting with the Fairy Lake Cave.
08:30 – We explore the Fairy Lake Cave to learn of its various rock formations and their local legends.
11:30 – We will serve a fantastic lunch on the day boat.
13:00 – There are more opportunities to learn about the history of the bay at the beautiful Trong Cave, as well as the chance to swim around its magnificent entrance.
15:30 – We rejoin the Majestic Cruise in the mid-afternoon and relax into another perfect time on the sundeck.
19:30 – The restaurant will again hold another delicious dinner before the night rolls in properly.
21:00 – Choose from board games, karaoke and relaxing in your cabin as you take the evening however you like.

06:30 – The sundeck will host your last chance for a tranquil tai chi session in the morning light.
07:00 – Breakfast in the dining room will be another delicious affair.
08:30 – We take in our last cave, the astounding Sung Sot Cave, full of some of Halong Bay’s most impressive indoor rock structures.
11:00 – On the cruise back to Tuan Chau harbour, head to the restaurant for a delicious and filling brunch.
12:30 – The shuttle bus will be awaiting our arrival when we reach the harbour. It will take about 3.5 to 4 hours to get back to Hanoi.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Customer
• More than 30 days prior to check-in (departure date): Free of charge
• From 30 to 16 days prior to check-in (departure date): 10% of total rates
• From 15 to 10 days prior to check-in (departure date): 20% of total rates
• From 9 to 5 days prior to check-in (departure date): 50% of total rates
• Less than 5 days prior to check-in (departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.
