Meals: Lunch, Dinner
06:30: Greet the new morning light with tai chi, led by our onboard sifu (tai chi teacher), from the top of the wooden sundeck. A light breakfast will be served downstairs afterwards.
08:00: Enjoy the views around Thien Canh Son cave, Bai Tu Long’s most impressive and dramatic cave, lit in beautiful white light.
10:00: Our final activity is a cooking class, led by one of our magnificent chefs on our return to the harbour. Lunch follows this soon afterwards.
12:00: Reaching the harbour, you will bid the Viola Cruise farewell and board the bus heading back to Hanoi.
Our tour ends in the capital. We can’t thank you enough for your cruising with us; everyone at the Viola Cruise is very appreciative of your time.

07:40 – 08:30: The driver and tour guide will arrive at your hotel to pick you up for your transit to Hon Gai harbour.
12:00 – 12:30: At the harbour, we board the Viola Cruise and get our first impressions of the ship on a walk around its interior.
13:00: Lunch will be a buffet affair and will be served in the restaurant as we begin cruising.
15:00: Relax into the cruise until we pull up to Vung Vieng fishing village, where we will take a sampan boat around the watery corridors and explore how life works in the floating community.
16:00: After this, we can enjoy the serenity of Ban Chan beach, one of Bai Tu Long Bay’s beautiful sandy coves with deep blue waters.
17:30: Back aboard the Viola Cruise, you will be able to watch a beautiful sunset while enjoying drinks with friends.
19:00: The romantic restaurant is where we will enjoy our first dinner of this 3-day cruise.
21:00: Board games and squid fishing are always available for your post-dinner entertainment if you don’t yet feel ready to head to bed.

06:30: Start the day with a great boost of energy as our onboard tai chi teacher leads a beginners’ session in this ancient martial art.
07:00: Enjoy a full breakfast in the dining room before we board the day boat for explorations of the more quiet corners of Bai Tu Long Bay.
08:00: We start such explorations at Thay Cave, one of the lesser explored caves in the bay.
10:00: The rest of the morning will be spent at Vung Ha, an area and island comprising golden sands and excellent waters for swimming.
12:30: Lunch on the day boat will come before we return to the Viola Cruise, taking the rest of the afternoon to enjoy the serenity of the bay with a book or a drink at the bar.
19:30: We will be having dinner in the restaurant again tonight as the stars befall Bai Tu Long Bay. Enjoy this before another relaxing evening of drinks at the bar or secluded relaxation in your cabin.

06:30: At sunrise, tai chi will again be held on the sundeck. A delicious breakfast will follow this shortly afterwards.
08:00: Thien Canh Son cave is our destination for this morning. We can explore the rock formations within and climb the stairs for an excellent outside view of the bay.
10:00: Once we have returned to the Viola Cruise for the final time, we will be able to enjoy a cooking demonstration led by our chef.
11:00: The chef will finish preparations for lunch after this, which we will eat in the restaurant as we approach Hon Gai harbour.
12:00: Once arrived at the harbour, we disembark the Viola cruise for the final time and wave goodbye to the staff who made our cruise so special. You will be able to take your seat on the bus after this to head back to Hanoi in comfort and safety.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance.
