To that end, the Era Cruise offers a 5-star passage through the magnificent Lan Ha Bay, giving passengers a chance to experience its more undiscovered beauty from the deck of an opulent cruise ship.
The Era Cruise features much space to roam and a plethora of fantastic amenities to make your discovery extra comfortable. Facilities including a spa, movie cinema and mini-golf course really help to bestow our guests with a feeling of utter opulence. Our itinerary works in conjunction with that, ensuring you lots of free time in the bay, interspersed with wonderful activities.
08:15– 08:45: Once the driver has arrived at your hotel lobby, the transfer from Hanoi to Lan Ha Bay will take about 2 – 2.5 hours.
12:00: The Era Cruise stands majestically at Tuan Chau harbour, waiting for boarding. We will do exactly that and explore the delights of the ship.
13:15: We begin our cruise through the first stages of Lan Ha Bay, enjoying plenty of time for relaxing and also a beautiful lunch.
15:00: We stop first at Ba Trai Dao beach, where we will be able to relax on the golden sands of the curved bay or swim in its clear blue waters backed by a verdant jungle.
17:00: Happy hour will be in effect once we have returned to the cruise.
18:00: We have a cooking demonstration from one of the chefs, who will bestow their knowledge of the perfect Vietnamese spring roll unto us.
19:15: We have a wonderful dinner on the boat as we settle down in our overnight sleeping area.
20:45 - 00:00: The spa and the bar are just two of the places in which to be during the evening, but further relaxation can be achieved in the cinema room or by squid fishing on the smaller tender boat.

06:30: Breakfast is a light affair this morning, laid out while we absorb the views of Lan Ha Bay during a tai chi session on the sundeck.
7:30 - 9:15: A Lan Ha local will take us on their sampan boat through the magical Dark and Bright Caves, two wet cave areas where we can drift, emerging on the other side to find a lush, watery garden enclosed by tree-toped limestone.
09:30: We spend the rest of the morning cruising, enjoying a brunch later on during our return journey to the harbour.
11:00 We disembark from the Era Cruise and bid a fond farewell to the staff, returning to Hanoi via the smooth highway connecting the capital to Hai Phong city.

08:15– 08:45: We will head to Halong Bay after our driver has picked you up from your hotel lobby.
12:00: Board the Era Cruise at Tuan Chau harbour. Check out the 5-star facilities as we begin cruising, with our staff handing you a welcome drink to kick off the proceedings.
13:15: The restaurant will host its first luxury meal, a delicious seafood affair, as we cruise through the beautiful initial stages of Lan Ha Bay.
15:00: Our first stop is Ba Trai Dao beach, a wonderful stretch of white sand and clear water, named for the three peach-like rocks that protect the beach.
17:00: Buy one get one free will be on offer once we return to the Era Cruise, so make use of that while watching the cooking demonstration by our wonderful chefs.
19:15: We will take a multi-course dinner in the restaurant, giving you an example of fine dining in Lan Ha Bay.
20:45 - 00:00: The night is yours to do as you wish after this. There is a well-stocked bar as well as a movie room and spa on board for your entertainment.

06:30: Head over to the tai chi class on the top deck to relax into the morning properly.
08:00: We have many Asian and Western options at our breakfast buffet, so enjoy it fully.
09:00: Once on board the day boat, we will cruise over to Viet Hai village on Cat Ba Island. Here, we cycle through verdant rainforests, noting the rice paddies and resplendent nature along the way. We will visit the village and see how the locals live in such beauty (an optional electric car service will incur a small, extra cost).
12:00: We have a luxurious lunch on the day boat before cruising to Ba Ham Lake, where we can swim and kayak in the gorgeous enclosed waters.
16:00: Returning to the Era Cruise, you can relax and freshen up before happy hour.
18:00: Take part in another cooking demonstration, this should build up your appetite for dinner, which will take place in the restaurant.
20:45 – 00:00: You have many options after dinner for entertainment, one of which is squid fishing from the tender boat.

06:30: Build your energy for the day during another early morning tai chi session. Take a light breakfast downstairs after this.
7:30 - 9:15: A sampan boat rowed by a local will take us through the Dark & Bright caves, two wonderful wet caves with opposing features.
09:30: Check out of your cabin once we are back on the Emeraude Cruise. You will have time to relax and eat a filling brunch before we arrive back at the harbour, where your luxury shuttle will be waiting to return you to Hanoi. Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
