Along the way, we will make short stops at local rest areas where you can stretch your legs, sip a cup of Vietnamese tea, and catch a glimpse of the countryside’s rhythm of life. (If you’re staying outside the Old Quarter, simply let us know in advance so we can arrange your transfer accordingly.)
11:30 – 12:00: Arrival at Tuan Chau Port
Arriving at Tuan Chau Port, you’ll be welcomed by our friendly Calista Cruise team with warm smiles. From here, a tender boat will carry you across sparkling waters to the luxurious Calista Cruise, your floating sanctuary for the next two days. The sight of majestic limestone karsts rising from emerald waters will be your first taste of Halong Bay’s timeless beauty.
12:30: Boarding
You will step aboard Calista Cruise and be greeted with a special welcome drink. Our Calista Cruise Manager will introduce you to the itinerary, safety guidelines, and onboard facilities. Soon after, you will check into your elegant cabin, complete with a private balcony, where you can unwind and soak in the panoramic views of Halong’s dramatic seascapes.
13:00: Lunch Time
You will indulge in a sumptuous lunch served in the main dining room, featuring freshly caught seafood and a selection of international delights. We will arrive at Tuan Chau Port, where our Halong Bay Calista Cruise friendly crew greets you with warm smiles. You will be transferred to Calista Halong Bay Cruise by tender boat, step aboard and get ready to begin your journey into the natural wonder of Halong Bay.
12:30: Boarding

• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!

This is the second time o visit Halong. 6 years ago i visited Halong Bay in a smaller boat, it was a nice and good ruise but this time we decide to book this new cruise - Calista with recommendation of Lauren from Vietnam Escape Tours and Calista Halong Bay Cruise is incredible cruise. You will be impressed with the Calista cruise Halong Bay just when you see the cruise. It is a huge, modern cruise and when you get on the cruise you will say wow. All facilities, amenities, cabins of the cruises show that it is a luxury boat with very good service, food on the cruise is very good with different options for vegetarian also. It is a modern cruise so you will feel safe. The staffs on the cruises are fery friendly also especially Lucy ( she took care of us and others a lot). I really recommend you book 3 day 2 nights so you can discover the less touched places of Halonf Bay. I see that this time Halong Bay seems cleaner than some years ago. i leave this good reviews for Calista and hope people will have a good experience like us.
