If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.

That was an incredible trip in Halong Bay with Halong Calista Boat. The Calista Cruise Boat was luxury, beautiful and excellent but the staffs on Calista ( Mr. Bao and Mr. Dragon) made the trip outstanding and incredible. The food on the cruise was very good with different option and there is option for vegetarian also. Our cabin is on the 2nd floor so we had good view. Halong Bay was incredible with thousands of limstone mountains and nice water. We visited Sung Sot Cave, it was so huge. We did kayaking and it was a unfortable memory. In the evening, squid fishing was our activities and we even caught some squid. The sunset on the cruise was beautiful, we have a lot of nice photos with sunset frame. Bao and Dragon were very friendly and helped us a lot in all the activities from visiting the caves, kayaking and swimming on boat. They always made sure we are safe and enjoy the trip. Thank you so much. We met some people on boat and they went on the cruise for 3 day 2 night with Calista and i think next time i will visit Calista 3 Day 2 Night to have different memory and experience

My family ( Me, my wife and my parents) had a wonderful experience in Halong Bay with Calista. The itinerary and all th activities are very well- organized so we could enjoy the scenery the best and not be crowed in the touristic sites. Calista Cruise is new, modern and beautiful designed. The good is excellent and the staffs on Calista made our trip exceptional and excellent. Lena was our server and she is very helpful, friendly and energetic. Tom was great also and all the guests on cruise were taken care very well. There were so much dishes for food and the quality of the food was excellent. It was nicely presented also. we have very good memory about this trip and will come back again. thanks to Tata from Vietnam Escape Tours for organizing Calista Cruise Halong for our family.

Overall the experience on Calisa 2 Day 1 Night Cruise was great. All the staffs on the Calista Cruise were very friendly and nice. Flora was great. We liked chatting with her and she shared a lot of things about the life in Vietnam and on the cruise so we understand more about Halong and Vietnam. The Calista Cruise is a luxury cruise with very nice and large swimming pool and even it has hot water in the cold day. We enjoy swimming on the the Calsita Cruise. The food is delicous and we will come back and travel with Calista Cruise again with 3 Day 2 Night itinerary.

I operated 6th birthday for my daughter in Calista Cruise. She was really happy and satisfied. Calista’s staff made my daughter surprised, all dishes are perfect. I have a really memorable experience in Calista Cruise. Everything looks like adorable, gorgeous and high standards. And the quality of food likes 5 stars restaurants in Europe. My room has full amenities, privileged of customer good. We’ll back if we have one more time in Vietnam. All staffs on Calista Cruise are very friendly and helpful. Lucky was our guide and he is knowlegable and helpful. The swimming on Calista is really huge and very good for family with children or honeymoon. You can enjoy your free time around the swimming pool. The cabins with private balcony so you can sit down in the chair and still have a good view of Halong. No mater what you are from UK, United States, Germany, India, Thailand ... you will enjoy the trip for sure.

My husband and I joined the trip for our honeymoon with Calista Cruise Halong and it was surreal. The staff welcomed us from afar and even prepared an amazing decoration in the room. I really enjoy the time staying here, especially in the jacuzzi. Highly recommend Calista Halong Cruise to anyone who wish to travel on a luxury cruise in Halong. This is the second time o visit Halong. 6 years ago i visited Halong Bay in a smaller boat, it was a nice and good ruise but this time we decide to book this new cruise - Calista with recommendation of Lauren from Vietnam Escape Tours and Calista Halong Bay Cruise is incredible cruise. You will be impressed with the Calista cruise Halong Bay just when you see the cruise. It is a huge, modern cruise and when you get on the cruise you will say wow. All facilities, amenities, cabins of the cruises show that it is a luxury boat with very good service, food on the cruise is very good with different options for vegetarian also. It is a modern cruise so you will feel safe. The staffs on the cruises are fery friendly also especially Lucy ( she took care of us and others a lot). I really recommend you book 3 day 2 nights so you can discover the less touched places of Halonf Bay. I see that this time Halong Bay seems cleaner than some years ago. i leave this good reviews for Calista and hope people will have a good experience like us.
