In 2018, the Ancora Cruise became one of Halong Bay’s newest cruises, opening up a route to its lesser-explored Bai Tu Long Bay area. On board, the Ancora Cruise oozes luxury, starting from the white and cream of the cabins and running through the ship with refined opulence, with 5-star facilities providing a wonderful practicality to its high aesthetic beauty. Through a mixed itinerary, you can enjoy time both on and off the boat, giving you a chance to recline for hours at a time on the sundeck, but also providing the availability of excellent excursions in order to allow you to see the bay close-up.

07: 30 The driver will stop off at your hotel to pick you up en route to Hon Gai harbour in Halong city.
12: 00 Take your welcome drink aboard the waiting Ancora Cruise to kick off your Halong Bay vacation in style.
13: 15 Lunch will introduce us to the excellent cooking on board the Ancora Cruise as we glide through a maze of jutting limestone towers.
15: 45 A sampan boat will take us around Vung Vieng fishing village, one of the few of its kind left in the Gulf of Tonkin and a bastion for Vietnamese sea-based culture.
16: 45 We return to the Ancora Cruise to enjoy drinks and relaxation on the sundeck.
18: 15 To set us up for dinner, a cooking demonstration will be on display during happy hour, all with the phenomenal backdrop of a vivid sunset.
19: 15 Sit down in the restaurant for a beautiful dinner, served in full view of the moonlight as it dances on the water of the bay.
21: 00 Board games and squid fishing are two of the options that comprise our evening entertainment. The evening is yours to do as you wish so you may prefer to relax in your cabin.

06: 15 Take in the views of Bai Tu Long Bay in the morning light from the top deck as a tai chi class introduces us to the ancient Asian martial art.
07: 00 Depending on the weather, we can have today’s breakfast inside the restaurant or out on the sundeck.
07: 30 Thien Canh Son is our last stop. Here we can take a walking tour of the magnificent limestone formations that have accrued over tens of thousands of years.
09: 30 A delicious brunch accompanies our slow return to the harbour.
11: 00 As we pull into the harbour, we bid farewell to the crew while boarding the bus that will take us back to Hanoi.

07: 30 Our driver will arrive at your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter District and transfer you eastwards to Bai Tu Long Bay.
12: 00 At Hon Gai harbour, welcome drinks will be served and you will shortly be able to board the Ancora Cruise.
13: 15 The forested mountains of Bai Tu Long Bay glide past as we begin our cruise. We will serve a delicious lunch in the dining room to accompany the views.
15: 45 A local wooden boat or our own self-rowed kayaks will take us around Vung Vieng fishing village, one of the bastions of fishing culture left in the Gulf of Tonkin.
16: 45 Returning to the Ancora Cruise, you have the option to unwind at the spa or enjoy happy hour on the sundeck.
18: 15 A gorgeous sunset will follow this, during which a cooking demonstration will be on display.
19: 15 After building up your appetite from the cooking demonstration, a lovely dinner will be served in the dining room.
21: 00 Take the opportunity to relax with some squid fishing on our tender boat, or simply head to the sundeck to unwind to the ambient sounds of Bai Tu Long Bay at night.

06:15 A relaxing tai chi session will be held on the sundeck for all those passengers up early enough.
08:00 Breakfast in the restaurant will come before you board your highly comfortable day boat.
09:00 We head to the natural playground of Cong Dam, an area filled with translucent water and flanked by limestone mountains. Kayaking and swimming around here will be our tranquil activity for the morning.
12:00 At midday, lunch will be served on the day boat, followed by a quiet cruise around some of Bai Tu Long Bay’s more isolated areas.
15:30 The Ancora Cruise will welcome us back, after which you can take the option of relaxing on the sundeck or in your cabin.
18:15 A cooking demonstration and happy hour will be the order of the day on the sundeck and at the bar.
19: 15 Dinner will be another delicious affair, served with a majestic and silent backdrop.
21: 00 The bar awaits this evening, as does the tender boat for squid fishing. Relax into another peaceful night in Bai Tu Long Bay.

06: 15 Hot beverages will be served alongside the tai chi session on the sundeck.
07: 00 Breakfast outside will be a beautiful experience as the light finds its way across the ocean’s surface.
07: 30 The Ancora Cruise starts up the engine again for our final activity at Thien Canh Son Cave, a magical cavern coated in local folklore.
09: 30 Back aboard the Ancora Cruise, take the last chance to fill your camera roll with beautiful pictures.
10: 00 A wonderful brunch will be served as we sail back to the harbour. Disembark the Ancora Cruise at Hon Gai and take the minivan back to Hanoi.

• From 7 to 4 days prior to check-in ( departure date): 50% of total rates
• Less than96 hours prior to check-in ( departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1-night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
