You just submit a request where there is a form you can fill in with different information ( number of travelers, the length of your holiday, travel period, accommodation class or budget you have, contact email, contact number, destinations you wish in your trip and some special request you may have…etc ) or just send us an email with that information. Then our travel consultant will get back to you with the proposal and quotation for your holiday.

We are flexible with your request so after getting the proposal and quotation from us you just let us know if you like the itinerary and if the quotation meets your budget or not and we will adjust it again until you satisfy with quotation and itinerary.

When you are happy with the itinerary and quotation you can deposit for your Vietnam holiday ( in general it is 30% depending on the services you book with us) online and you can pay the balance before your travel date online or you can pay on arrival in Vietnam.

What to prepare for your Vietnam Holiday?

After deposit, your Vietnam holiday with us we will start to proceed with the booking with the supplier like hotels, cruises, visa letters, and other services. We will confirm with you when all the services are done or there is any change if needed.

We will send you some necessary documents like visa letter ( if you request), flight ticket, detailed itinerary and note with you what to prepare for your holiday in Vietnam like what clothes, shoes you should prepare depending on the travel period and the activities you will take part in on your holiday to Vietnam with us.

How do we run your trip?

Before your departure date, we will remind you about the document and the necessary information. We will check with you if there is any change in your arrival flight to pick you up better.

Arrive at the airport or land border, you just look for our guide/driver who holds the name board with your name on that. We always have a contact number of the travel consultant who works with you and company number so in case you do not see our guide/driver for some reason you can call us. 

On your holidays if there is anything you want to change like itinerary or food request we will try our best to adjust again to make sure that you are happy with your holiday in Vietnam. In general, we will not charge when there is a small increase in the price when something is changed. In case, the tour cost increases much because of the change you request we will inform you to discuss that.

Hanoi
