08.00 – 08.30: If you book transfer with us, our driver will pick you up at your hotel in Old Quarter ( If you don’t stay in Hanoi Old Quarter, please go to Hanoi Opera House for pick-up and please be ready before 08.30 AM).
If you travel by yourself, we will pick you up at our waiting lounge at Tuan Chau Harbour at 11:15 to 11:45 am
11.30 – 11.45: The crew of Genesis Regal Cruise will welcome you at a waiting lounge. You will have 15 minutes to relax and get ready to start a Ha Long discovery journey 2 days 1 night.
12.00 – 12.15: You will be transfered to Genesis Regal cruise by tender boat.
12.30 – 12.45: Genesis Regal Cruise will welcome you onboard with a drink and we will have a briefing about the cruise safety and our itinerary for the next 2 days.
12.45 – 13.30: Lunch will be served at the restaurant while Genesis Regal take you to the first stop in our itinerary.
13.45 – 15.00: After lunch, you will check in to your cabin and you can rest there or go to cruise’s roof for sunbathe and drink.
15.00: A small boat will pick you up and take you to visit our first destination – Dark and Bright Cave. You will be riding on a bamboo boat rowed by the local people here. They will take you to visit the beautiful caves of Halong Bay.
17.00 – 18.00: Genesis Regal Cruise will pick you up and take you to your next destination, you can swim in the clear blue water of Halong Bay or in the swimming pool on the cruise. Other options are relax in the jacuzzi or use massage services.
18.00 – 19.00: Experienced chef will teach you how to make Spring Rolls, a famous tranditional dish of Vietnam. Then you will enjoy party sunset on Genesis Regal Cruise, where you can watch sunset from the most beautiful destination in Asia – Halong Bay. Meanwhile the cruise slowly take you to Tra Bau Area for overnight. Tra Bau is a beautiful and safe area for stay overnight. It is covered by many rocked with cliffs and emerald water and it was chosen for the film field of Kong Skull Island.
19.30 – 20.45: It’s dinner time. You will enjoy many tasty dishes made by our skillful chefs.
After dinner, there are many interesting activities for you to choose like squid fishing, massage or talk to your family and friends while enjoy the drink.
Relax on your comfy bed after a long day exploring Halong Bay and recharge for the next day's adventure.

06.00: Stretch your body with Tai Chi after a good sleep. You might be able to catch the sunrise too.
6:30: Have a quality breakfast and get ready for our next destination.
7.30: You will be transfered to floating house at Tra Bau by our small boat, where you can kayaking and explore Lan Ha Bay by your own way.
9.00: Get back to Genesis Regal Cruise.
9.30: Check out and go to the restaurant for lunch while our cruise move from Lan Ha Bay to Halong Bay.
10.00 – 10.45: Lunch will be served according to your taste and diet. After lunch, you will pay the bill and return to Tuan Chau harbour by small boat.
11.30 – 11.45: Get ready to go back to Hanoi. Our driver will pick you up for the transfer to Hanoi.
14.30 – 15.00: Arrive at Hanoi. End of 2 Days 1 Night trip in Halong Bay with Genesis Regal Cruise.

08.00 – 08.30: Get ready and then our Limousine Van will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. If you do not use our transferring service, please be at the Tuan Chau Harbor between 11:15 and 11:45 (our waiting lounge is at No.19 Tuan Chau International Marina).
8.30 – 11.15: Transfer straight to Halong Bay, Quang Ninh city, you will have free time to take a short break at the stop point on the highway for drink or food.
11.30 – 11.45: Reach the waiting lounge at Tuan Chau Harbor, you will get relax a little, and complete the registration for the trip.
12.00 – 12.15: You will be transferred to Genesis Regal Cruise – one of the most luxurious Halong Bay Cruises by a small boat.
12.30 – 12.45: Get on the Cruise in the warm welcome with drink of the crew.
12.45 – 13.30: Savor your lunch in the restaurant while the Genesis Regal Cruise started moving to discover Halong Bay – the World's Natural Wonder.
After fulfilling your stomach, do check in your room for relaxing or get on the cruise's top floor to admire scenery, here you can have beautiful photos with natural beauty of Lan Ha Bay.
15.00: A small boat will help you to reach the first destination called Dark and Bright cave. You can join the bamboo boats rowed by locals or do kayaking yourself to feel the majestic water and mountain scenery.
17.00 – 18.00: Our Genesis Regal Cruise will take you to the overnight destination, here you can enjoy swimming on the sea or soaking in the swimming pool and jacuzzi on Cruise; or another option for relaxing on the roof or with massage services, etc.
18.00 – 19.00: Time for “sunset party” in the bar area on the top floor. Music is turned on and you will enjoy your favorite drinks, fruits, cakes, etc. Our cruise keeps moving to the next point - Tra Bau area to stop at night.
19.30 – 20.45: Dinner is served in the restaurant, time for eating and talking with friends.
21.00 – 22.00: After that, you are free to enjoy evening entertainment with some activities like karaoke, watching movies, squid fishing, etc.
We will stay overnight in the quietest space on Halong Bay.

06.00: Start your new day with Tai Chi on the roof of the cruise. Tai Chi is an art embracing the mind, body and spirit. Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body.
06.30 – 07.30: Time for breakfast. During your breakfast, you can also enjoy the spectacular beauty of Lan Ha Bay.
07.30 – 09.45: You have your freetime to enjoy yourself for example: sunbath and relax on the roof, use the massage service, swim in the 4-season swimming pool and jacuzzi,…
09.45 – 10.30: Have lunch on the cruise.
12.45 – 15.00: You can continue your journey by speedboat to the expansive and stunning locations of Lan Ha Bay. Then proceed to Cat Ba island's Viet Hai fishing community. Cycling through the ancient forest and around the Viet Hai fishing village allows you to take in the stunning natural environment that surrounds it. Visiting houses in the fishing village of Viet Hai to gain insight into daily living.
15.00 – 16.30: Continue on to Ba Trai Dao beach, a lovely beach in Lan Ha Bay, where you are free to swim, take in the landscape, and stroll along the beach.
16.30 – 16.45: You are returned to the Genesis Regal Cruise by speedboat. At this time of day, Lan Ha Bay is at its most stunning; the sunset and the soft light make a very enchanting scene.
17.00 – 19.15: Time for you to refresh yourself, take a shower and rest a little bit before dinner.
19.30: Have dinner at the restaurant of the cruise.
21.00 - 22.00: You can catch your breath after dinner by doing things such as sitting on the roof and watching the bay in the evening, or going to the spa, or getting a massage, or do the night squid fishing,…
22.00 – 22.30: Have a good night on the cruise.

06.00: Get up early and get on the top-deck for Tai Chi exercise. Tai Chi is a good method for improving good heath of Asian people and it is perfect to practice it in Halong Bay – a beautiful place with fresh air. That is also the best moment to catch the sunrise in Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay with thousands of limousine rocks.
6:30 – 07.30: You will have breakfast in restaurant of Genesis Regal Cruise to get energy for 3rd day of Halong Bay 3 day 2 night.
7.30: After breakfast, we will take a transfer by small boat to Tra Bau Area to a floating house where you will do kayaking on yourself there. Tra Bau is a beautiful place of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay with clean water and limousine rocks surrounded. That was the place the Kong Holywood Movie chose this place for the film field.
9.15: We will come back to Halong Bay Genesis Regal Cruise and you will check out from our cabin. You will have free time on cruise for enjoying the scenery of Lan Ha Bay and Halong Bay. You may enjoy your time in the jacuzzi on sun-deck.
10.00 – 10.45: Enjoy lunch on cruise while Genesis Regal Cruise continue sails to Halong Bay and returns to the harbor.
11:15 – 11.30: Cruise arrives at the wharf, prepare your luggage to depart to Hanoi.
15.00 – 15.30: Expected to arrive in Hanoi after moving quickly by the highway. End of journey 3 day 2 night in Halong Bay with Genesis Regal Cruise Luxury Halong Bay.

Booking Policy
• 30 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 7 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Customer
• More than 31 days prior to check-in (departure date): Free of charge
• From 31 to 16 days prior to check-in (departure date): 10% of total rates
• From 15 to 8 days prior to check-in (departure date): 20% of total rates
• Less than 7 days prior to check-in (departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.
