11.30 - 12.15: Take in the view of the Victory Cruise in the harbour before we board it and enjoy welcome drinks.
13.00 - 14.30: A delicious lunch accompanies the initial stages of our cruise, after which we can find a comfortable spot on the ship to relax.
15.30 - 16.30: A friendly local of the nearby fishing village of Vung Vieng will show us how their life operates on this collection of floating houses, tethered to the mountainside.
16.30: Enjoy the view of the sunset from the sundeck of the Victory Cruise.
18.30 - 19.00: Join the chef for a cooking class to gain a better understanding of how Vietnamese food is cooked.
19.30 - 21.00: Experience such food in the dining room as part of a delicious dinner.
21.00 - 22.30: Evening activities after dinner comprise fishing for squid off the back of the boat or enjoying the large selection of drinks at the bar.

06.30: A magical sunrise will rouse us from our sleep. Those feeling energetic enough can join our onboard tai chi teacher for a session in this renowned martial art on the sundeck.
07.00: We set sail for Thien Canh Son cave as a light breakfast is served in the dining room.
08.00 - 09.00: At the cave, we explore the magnificent insides as well as the view that it affords from the top of the stone staircase at the back.
09.30 - 10.30: We cruise back to the harbour after this, enjoying a final brunch as we do so.
10.30 - 11.00: The staff of the Victory Cruise will send you off at the harbour with a smile. You will be able to get any onward transportation from here. We hope that you will enjoy your remaining time of your Viet Nam Tour.

11.30 - 12.15: At Hon Gai harbour, you will be able to lay eyes on the Victory Cruise and board it for the first time.
13.00 - 14.30: Watch out of the windows as we glide past the gorgeous scenery, enjoying lunch in the restaurant as we do so.
15.30 - 16.30: We pull up to Vung Vieng fishing village in the middle of the afternoon, embarking on simple sampan boats as we explore the colourful community of floating houses.
17.30: Back aboard the Victory Cruise, we begin our cruising over to the Cong Do area for a quiet night.
18.30 - 19.00: As the restaurant is being set for dinner, you can enjoy a cooking demonstration put on by our chef.
19.30 - 21.00: After this, you can enjoy a filling and delicious dinner in the newly moonlit bay.
21.00 - 22.30: Squid fishing is one of the activities available for after dinner, but drinks with friends or simply relaxing on the sundeck are good alternatives.

06.30: A tai chi class will be held on the top of the boat for the benefit of those passengers up early.
08.00 - 8.30: Enjoy a full breakfast as we begin a full day in the bay.
09.30 - 16.30: We have the entire day at our leisure once we have boarded the Victory day boat. We spend all day enjoying the many natural wonders of the bay via swimming, kayaking and hanging out on the various golden sand beaches. Our lunch will be held at about 12:30 on the day boat.
16.30: We rejoin the passengers of the Victory Cruise and continue our cruising around the bay.
18.30 – 19.30: Another cooking demonstration and a beautiful sunset pave the way for a delicious dinner in the restaurant.
21.00 - 22.30: More opportunities for relaxation tonight include a massage in the spa or board games with your friends and crew.

06.30: Head upstairs for a fantastic sunrise as tai chi is held once again.
07.00: In the dining room after this, we will be indulging in a lovely breakfast.
08.00 - 08.30: Our one stop today is to Thien Canh Son Cave, with its many natural rock sculptures and the colourful lighting that illuminates them.
09.00 - 09.30: Once we are back aboard the Victory Cruise, you can check out and relax on the sundeck as we begin our sailing back to the harbour.
09.30 - 10.30: Eat a delicious brunch in the dining room as the harbour comes into sight.
10.30 - 11.00: Disembark the Victory Cruise and end your tour with us at the harbour, from where you can take your onwards travel.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Customer
• More than 30 days prior to check-in (departure date): Free of charge
• From 30 to 16 days prior to check-in (departure date): 10% of total rates
• From 15 to 10 days prior to check-in (departure date): 20% of total rates
• From 9 to 5 days prior to check-in (departure date): 50% of total rates
• Less than 5 days prior to check-in (departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1-night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off the board.
