Small families will enjoy the 50m2 area of our Exclusive Family Suite, containing one double bed and one single bed. The wider area of the suite encourages exploration, via both the inside room and outdoor terrace, the latter of which provides an excellent area for sunbathing and family time.

At the rear of the Signature Cruise lies the Elite Family Suite, with an incredible 82m2 of floor space, making this one of the largest cabins in Bai Tu Long Bay. Two separate areas of the cabin are reserved for two double beds, divided by a partition for further privacy. The private sun terrace is an elegant area for sitting and sunbathing in peace.

07:30 – 08:00: Get your first taste of luxury when the comfortable bus of the Signature Royal Cruise arrives to your hotel lobby to pick you up.
12:30: Step off the bus after the transfer from Hanoi and step aboard the Signature Royal Cruise for the first time.
13:15: Lunch is served as we settle into the cruise.
15:00: We can kayak or take a bamboo boat around Vung Vieng, a delightful fishing village containing a very exotic way of life.
16:30: There is much time to relax when back on board the Signature Royal Cruise, aided in no small part by happy hour at the bar.
17:30: Watch a cooking demonstration as the light fades from Bai Tu Long Bay, causing streaked beauty across the sky.
19:15: Sit down in the restaurant for a luxurious meal of multiple courses.
20:45 – 00:00: Bring in the night with some movies, board games or with some squid fishing from the tender boat.

06:30: We start the day anew in the early morning, greeting the sun of Bai Tu Long Bay with a tai chi class atop the sundeck.
07:30: `A light breakfast will be served before we head out into nature.
08:30-09:30: We stop this morning at Thien Canh Son cave, known as much for its gorgeous rock formations as it is for its view of the outside world from the top of its inner stone staircase.
09:30: Brunch will be served in the dining room as we head back to harbour.
11:15: The bus will be waiting for us once we step off the Signature Royal Cruise at Hon Gai harbour. We head back to Hanoi after this.

07:30 – 08:00: Once we have picked you up from your hotel lobby in Hanoi, we will head over to Hon Gai harbour in Halong city.
12:30: A tender boat will convey us to the Signature Royal Cruise, which we can board and explore with a welcome drink.
13:15: An excellent seafood dinner will set the cruise off on its path, with the many limestone karsts of Bai Tu Long Bay jutting out of the water around us.
15:00: The colourful fishing village of Vung Vieng will be our first stop. Here we can kayak or take a local-rowed sampan boat around to discover the workings of this unique floating commune.
16:30: Once we have returned to the Signature Royal Cruise, we can begin the journey to our overnight anchorage spot.
17:30-18:30: Enjoy happy hour at the bar with special deals on many drinks.
17:30: The chef will lead a cooking demonstration to show us more about the workings of various types or Vietnamese foods.
19:15: An excellent dinner is the served in the dining room as the moonlight filters in through the windows.
20:45 – 00:00: The night can be spent watching movies or trying a spot of squid fishing off the back of the boat.

06:30: We start the morning with tai chi and hot beverages atop the sundeck.
08:00: A lovely buffet breakfast with freshly squeezed fruit juices will begin our cruising for the second day.
09:00: The Signature Royal Cruise will begin its voyage today to the Cong Dam area, where we can enjoy the beautiful nature of the white sand beach and clear blue water with swimming and kayaking.
12:00: Lunch will be held on the day boat, followed by an early afternoon of relaxed cruising.
15:30: Returning to the Signature Cruise after this, we unwind before dinner. This will be accompanied by happy hour while we cruise back to the peaceful sleeping area.
17:30: One more cooking demonstration will be held on the sundeck.
19:15: Enjoy another spectacular dinner as the night rolls in once again.
20:45 – 00:00: Board games, drinks at the bar and a relaxing massage are just some of the activities available for after dinner and before bed.

06:30: We begin a new day with another revitalising tai chi session.
07:30: A light breakfast starts us off as we head back out to the centre of the bay.
08:30-09:30: Here we will find Thien Canh Son cave and the collection of glistening stalactites found within.
09:30: The dining room will host a delicious brunch as the Signature Royal Cruise begins its sailing back to the harbour.
11:15: The staff will wave you off the boat and onto your return bus to Hanoi.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Customer
• More than 31 days prior to check-in (departure date): Free of charge
• From 31 to 16 days prior to check-in (departure date): 10% of total rates
• From 15 to 8 days prior to check-in (departure date): 20% of total rates
• From 7 to 4 days prior to check-in (departure date): 50% of total rates
• Less than 4 days prior to check-in (departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.
