08:30-09:30: We stop this morning at Thien Canh Son cave, known as much for its gorgeous rock formations as it is for its view of the outside world from the top of its inner stone staircase.
09:30: Brunch will be served in the dining room as we head back to harbour.
11:15: The bus will be waiting for us once we step off the Signature Royal Cruise at Hon Gai harbour. We head back to Hanoi after this.

07:30 – 08:00: Once we have picked you up from your hotel lobby in Hanoi, we will head over to Hon Gai harbour in Halong city.
12:30: A tender boat will convey us to the Signature Royal Cruise, which we can board and explore with a welcome drink.
13:15: An excellent seafood dinner will set the cruise off on its path, with the many limestone karsts of Bai Tu Long Bay jutting out of the water around us.
15:00: The colourful fishing village of Vung Vieng will be our first stop. Here we can kayak or take a local-rowed sampan boat around to discover the workings of this unique floating commune.
16:30: Once we have returned to the Signature Royal Cruise, we can begin the journey to our overnight anchorage spot.
17:30-18:30: Enjoy happy hour at the bar with special deals on many drinks.
17:30: The chef will lead a cooking demonstration to show us more about the workings of various types or Vietnamese foods.
19:15: An excellent dinner is the served in the dining room as the moonlight filters in through the windows.
20:45 – 00:00: The night can be spent watching movies or trying a spot of squid fishing off the back of the boat.

06:30: We start the morning with tai chi and hot beverages atop the sundeck.
08:00: A lovely buffet breakfast with freshly squeezed fruit juices will begin our cruising for the second day.
09:00: The Signature Royal Cruise will begin its voyage today to the Cong Dam area, where we can enjoy the beautiful nature of the white sand beach and clear blue water with swimming and kayaking.
12:00: Lunch will be held on the day boat, followed by an early afternoon of relaxed cruising.
15:30: Returning to the Signature Cruise after this, we unwind before dinner. This will be accompanied by happy hour while we cruise back to the peaceful sleeping area.
17:30: One more cooking demonstration will be held on the sundeck.
19:15: Enjoy another spectacular dinner as the night rolls in once again.
20:45 – 00:00: Board games, drinks at the bar and a relaxing massage are just some of the activities available for after dinner and before bed.

07:30: A light breakfast starts us off as we head back out to the centre of the bay.

11:15: The staff will wave you off the boat and onto your return bus to Hanoi.

If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!

In Signature company, there are many cruises such as this one, Signature cruise and also Athena cruise and royal one of it. We finally settled for this signature Royal cruise and chose the Senior Suite cabin that had a balcony for the best experience with a quite good price. Our package included all meals with lunch and dinner on day 1 and breakfast and brunch on day 2. Also if you don't want to spend too much money on drinks like cocktail, alcohols, there are unlimited tea and coffer in the restaurant throughout the journey. For the activities in the itinerary, we enjoy visiting the fishing village the most. We were transferred by a local boatman on the wooden bamboo boats but you could also do the kayaks by yourself to go by your own way but we're to lazy for that. So we just sit there and immersed ourselves in the beautiful nature and it was really refreshing. We also tried the happy hour to get one buy one for the top deck cocktails and we watched the most stunning sunset ever, please try it when you get a chance here. The staff on board were also amazing, they were really professional enough to take care of their guess as much as they could. Shout our to one of our tour guide, Vinh, he was fantastic during the whole trip by always here to assist you with anything. Food is also customizable so you could just give the your special diet notes and allergies in advance and they will make it perfect for you, no worries. For us, the overall experience was just great!

Fantastic time with Signature Royal cruise in Ha Long Bay! We booked 4 cabins on the second deck name Senior Suite that had balconies for the best views from our room. We came here to celebrate my son's 18th birthday that was on the check-in day and everything was arranged for him was wonderful. So please pay attention to note your special event to the cruise in advance so that they could manage to give a best services ever. As my son, they played the song happy birthday and the cruise manager brought a cake walked through my son to let the whole room sing with us during our dinner on the first day. We had a lot of fun and the cake was jummy too, thanks for the crew so much! We did love the fact all the activities in our 1 night itinerary were all optional from kayaking to visiting the fishing village, squid fishing, cave visiting, cooking demos and Tai Chi so just do it if you want. As me and my husband are the kind of morning person we tried so hard to attend in the Tai Chai demo that happened at 6 AM to watch the sunrise in Ha Long Bay and it was wonderful. We rarely get up that early because we are freelancer that work in the midnight more usually than 9-5 persons so we always get up at about 10 AM. But this time we realized that getting up early make us so energetic and make us feel like we had more time in morning to do a lot of things. Maybe we will try to change our sleep habits! My kids loved kayaking and they did it by themselves instead of being transfered by a boatmen. They said they wanted to live in the fishing village but after kayaking for 20 minutes, they just feel so tired to live here and work as a fishermen haha. The meals were perfect, we eat quite a lot because we attended in many activities on cruise. Thanks for the amazing chief. All the crew took a good care of us during the trip and especially in our meal time. They asked if we need any help, change our plates and clean the table for us during the meals to keep its sanity. Very meticulous, very professional! We loved it!

Xin Chao, we did the cruise just a week ago and it was absolutely amazing! One day before the trip, we were so nervous that it was heavily raining the whole day and we were afraid the cruise would be canceled last minute if the weather was not supported. But in the late afternoon we got contacted by the guide from the cruise that they would pick us tomorrow morning for our Signature Royal cruise. And we just kept thinking that maybe it would stop raining soon so that our trip would be great and god heard it. It was beginning to have sunshine when we arrived in Ha Long and we loved it. Our room was Senior room with balcony for a one night stand and it was fantastic - large room, jacuzzi, warm toilet seat and s spacious balcony to enjoy the view. Special meals request for me as I was allergic to any kind of milk and they served me a specaol pasta very well. My husband couldn't eat chicken so they arranged it as well. We love the staff here! Thanks Tommy - he was incredible helpful and always made sure that everyone felt looked after. The itinerary was also good enough but we often just chilled at our room and to lazy to start the day early haha. But we do visited the cave too. Will recommend to my friends

We did the cruise 2 days ago and we booked 2 Junior Suite cabins with a double bed and 2 twin beds in other room. We didn't have balconies in each room but the windows were so big instead so we did have great views. The rooms were clean featured with a large bathroom with a jacuzzi in that which helped us to relax after a long days with a bunch of activities on board. Meals for us were a highlight. Dinner and lunch were 5-crouses sit-down affairs with excellen presentation and flavors. It was hard to decide what to eat because there were so many choices haha, we wanted to try it all. For me breakfast was kinda small and light, it was a small buffet but still appetizing and satisfying enough. Our itinerary had activities such as visiting fishing village by a bamboo boat, exploring a cave, swimming near the boat and a spring roll cooking demo on cruise as well. But our favorit moment on board was relaxing on the top deck with a cocktail during the beautiful sunset, it was so stunning that we wanted to capture a hundred of photos. Thanks Tommy - our cruise manager for always cared about us and it made us feel like a VIP. Thanks for the whole team on board for such a memorable trip, I would comeback next time as company trip if I have any chance!

Nice cruise with balcony! We did a lot of research and we came to consider between Signature cruise and Signature Royal cruise which are in the same company. But the Royal one is considered newer, more upgraded boat compared to the other one so we finally chose Signature Royal cruise for our 2 days 1 night trip in Ha Long Bay. We booked a hotel in Hang Bong which was in the Old Quarter which made it easy and comfortable enough for our roundtrip transfer by an air-conditioned van. When arriving at the waiting area of the cruise, we were greeted with iced tea by the tour guides. Once we were on board, the crew standed in 2 lines and welcomed us with cold towels and a refreshing drink. They spoke good English and being able to be excellent and consistent throughout the trip, though there were some of them seemed understandably tired from long shifts. Meals were great too. My husband doesn't eat red meats like lamb, beef and even pork and the chief prepared other kind of meat for him. I could say that they tried to serve each guess as perfect as possible which made our trip so personalized and wonderful. Remeber that your meals don't have the drink included so just prepare to pay it all if you drink some when you check out the cabin. Drinks were a little pricey compared to Vietnam's average but it not unreasonable because it was too far from the land. Perfect decorated cabin, nice meals, great staff and best cruise ever!

After 2 nights trip on Signature Royal cruise, we felt that we missed this cruise a lot. We loved all the activities such as fishing village tour, swimming, cooking demos and cave visiting. Although we knew that the village and the cave visiting activities were a little crowded for us but the situation was many cruises share the same itinerary that day so it was understandable. So the trip was delightful and we enjoyed the sunset so much on the top deck during happy hour. This was actually our first time visiting Vietnam and also Ha Long Bay, but this cruise was a majoy highlight to me. Booking process was easy-peasy, the crew at the waiting lounge and on board were so nice and respectful to us. The requested vegetarian meals were delicious and suits our preferences. We highly recommend this cruise for you and please do the 2 nights if you have time. The longer itinerary was, the better chance you get to relax and enjoy everything at a very comfortable pace.

We did this cruise last week with our birthday celebration on the check in date. Signature team was the best! First of all, the transfer service from our hotel in Hanoi was so comfortable even for people who were carsick like us. We just had time for 1-night on the cruise but we really wish to do 2 nights the next time in Vietnam. For me, the food was not as excellent as I expected before throughout the trip but we loved the cocktails were great so it was fine. Also, the dining room service was top-notch for us! They gave us a special decorated table with a cake for my husband's birthday. The whole room sang with us and he had such a beautiful day with the crew and guesses. I think the cruise itself and our cabin were new, well-organized, modern, spacious and it had a large bathroom. Although I could see that not every room had a balcony but the view from the big windows may do it all. The itinerary was good, it had so many activities but these were all optional so we could choose what we wanted to do. Loved it! If you're finding a peaceful, luxury experience in Ha Long Bay, Signature Royal cruise would be the right decision!

We considered and compared many options because there were hundreds of cruises in Ha Long Bay in general. But we finally make it to Bai Tu Long Bay which was supposed to be the less touristy area here for calm trip as we want. We chose this cruise because it offers a quieter route although the price was higher than other options here but it gave us the better experience and we loved it. Thanks for the crew and special shout out to Vinh and Linh, they were so helpful to us during the whole trip. Our cabin was beautiful too, with a great bathroom a jacuzzi and a smart toilet because we were upgraded to a Royal room though we booked Senior room. Perfect! One thing you need to know if you do a cruise for the first time is the Wi-Fi would be the best on the top deck. But for the other places, it would be hard to connect, like sometimes we were disconnected to the world but it was all good cuz we have so many things to try on cruise and out there. The food, the boat, the staff and everything were perfect for us, we loved it!

We booked 2 nights on the Signature Royal cruise and we definitely loved it so much. Our room even had a large bathtub where we could soak while watching the landscape pass by. At one point, there was a smell issue, but the staff responded quickly, offering drinks and upgrading our room for free the next day. So it was not a big deal for us but hopefully there would be an enhancement so that others don't have to suffer from it like us. For us, 2 nights felt like the perfect length. We could spend one day out on a smaller boat, kayaking and visiting hidden beaches and caves. For 1 night, you definitely couldn't do that much activities like us so just consider if you have more time in your itinerary. Our cruise manager, Thomas, he was incredibly helpful and kind, checking in with us often and even assisting with our post-cruise travel plans. Thanks a lot. Also, we loved the food here. It was excellent with multiple courses and you could ask for your special diet needs, they did it all. The cooking class in the evening was our favorite part as well, we love learning new cuisine from your Vietnam country. What I love about this Signature Royal cruise was the staff were so friendly, always smiling and happy with any of our request not only at the waiting lounge but also on board. The cruise was enjoyable and if you want to avoid the crowded Ha Long Bay, this cruise will not make you disappointed. Personally I think Bai Tu Long Bay was calm, peaceful and vibing enough for us who didn't like anywhere that is too loud. The scenery here was great too and we enjoyed every moment. Our room was so clean, spacious and hold a large private terrace with a side balcony which is perfect for us to watch the sunrise in the early morning when we didn't want to go on deck for nice view. It was so relaxing that we wished we would have more time here, we slept so well here too. I saw that the Bai Tu Long route was so quiet and exclusive that maybe far away from the busy tourist spots like Ha Long Bay so we're so glad we booked this cruise. Just consider to book this cruise for a bigger area with lesser cruises, nice staff, lovely meals and beautiful rooms. We didn't expect more than this in Ha Long so will recommend this cruise to my family and friends!
