All of the amenities and conveniences of two deluxe cabins can be fully appreciated by the entire family, including the 2 private bathrooms and wide-spanning windows.

07:30 - 08:20 Wait for our guide at your hotel’s reception, they will collect you and drive you to Halong City and Tuan Chau pier.
12:00 - 12:30 At Tuan Chau, we board the Alisa Cruise and sip on a welcome drink during a quick summary of the itinerary.
12:40 – 14:00 A Vietnamese and Western lunch will be served in the dining room.
15:00 Relax on the boat for the early afternoon until we arrive at Tung Sau pearl farm, where we will kayak around gorgeous surroundings.
16:00 Depending on the weather and time of the year, we have the following two options:
OPTION 1: Visiting Titop Island
The cluster of activities available on this dragon fang-shaped rock includes relaxing on the beach, swimming in the sea and climbing to the peak.
OPTION 2: Visiting Pearl Farm Village
At the nearby pearl farm, we can learn about how one of Halong Bay’s more interesting trades operates.
17:30 Back aboard the Alisa Cruise, we head to the sundeck to enjoy the sunset party and happy hour. The option of a massage is available from this point via a booking with the cruise manager.
18:00 - 18:30 The chef will emerge to provide us with an informative and fun cooking class.
19:30 A beautiful evening dinner gives way to a beautiful night. Relax at your leisure or engage in any of our available tranquil activities such as squid fishing or a night at the bar.

06:30 Tai chi will start our day off right today; join the tai chi master on the sundeck for an engaging beginners’ lesson. After this, breakfast will be served downstairs.
08:00 Enjoy a walking tour of Sung Sot Cave, Halong Bay’s premier cave with rock formations abounding within.
10:00 The slow return to the harbour will be accompanied by a full brunch.
11:30 Wave goodbye to the Alisa Cruise crew as we step off for the last time, boarding the awaiting bus to head back to Hanoi.

07:30 - 08:20 The tour guide will arrive at your hotel lobby and you will board our comfortable minibus.
08:30 We have a relaxing 3.5-hour transfer to Halong Bay, stopping at Hai Duong province midway for a refreshment stop.
12:00 - 12:30 We will check you in at the Alisa waiting lounge at Tuan Chau harbour. After this we will board the cruise and begin our passage through the emerald waterways.
12:40 – 14:00 Sit down for a gorgeous lunch created by our very talented chefs, served in the dining room as the seascape of Halong Bay reveals itself.
14:00 We cruise through many of Halong Bay’s most famous seamarks, including Dog Stone Islet and Soi Sim beach, the views of which you can soak up from your cabin or the sundeck.
15:00 We stop near to a pearl farm, giving us a chance to enjoy the tranquility of the bay via kayak.
16:00 We will choose one of the following two options depending on the season of your cruise:
OPTION 1: Visiting Ti Top Island
We cruise to Titop Island in the centre of Halong Bay, taking time to enjoy the sandy beach, clear waters and the available hike to the peak of the island where we can find the most perfect Halong Bay scene stretching out in front of us.
OPTION 2: Visiting Halong Bay’s pearl farm
We can explore the history and current practice of cultivating pearls in Halong Bay, taking a closer look at the oysters from which workers take the pearl and some of the exotic varieties that arise from them.
17:30 Return to the Alisa Cruise for your first beautiful evening in Halong Bay. Take a drink from the Alisa Sky Bar as the sun sets or opt for a relaxing massage at the spa.
18:00 - 18:30 Our chef will show us how to make traditional Vietnamese spring rolls on the sundeck. Happy hour will follow this so be sure to make the most of it.
19:30 Take dinner in the resplendent restaurant as the shadows of limestone mountains sit silently outside. There are many options for evening entertainment, including movies and the option for some relaxing squid fishing from the tender boat at the back of the ship.

6:30 Rise early if you can for tai chi on the sundeck – this is a great way to start a new day in Halong Bay. Head downstairs to the dining room for a breakfast of juice, hot beverages and various pastries.
08:30 – 10:00 Board your day boat before we either kayak or take a group sampan boat through Luon Cave, one of the more gorgeous wet caves in Halong Bay.
10:30 Cruising onward, we reach the colourful Cua Van floating village, home to fishing families living off the fruits of the water.
12:30 Eat your delicious lunch in the open-air if possible.
13:30 Our only stop in the afternoon will be to the Fairy Lake Cave, an excellent wet cave through which we will take a kayak or a ride on a local sampan boat.
16:30 Return to the Alisa Cruise in time for happy hour on the sundeck. Our chef will provide another cooking demonstration for the benefit of both you and the new guests on board.
19:30 The sun sets on a fantastic day in the bay before dinner is served. Movies, board games and squid fishing comprise our options for evening entertainment.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Customer
• More than 31 days prior to check-in (departure date): Free of charge
• From 31 to 16 days prior to check-in (departure date): 10% of total rates
• From 15 to 8 days prior to check-in (departure date): 20% of total rates
• From 7 to 4 days prior to check-in (departure date): 50% of total rates
• Less than 4 days prior to check-in (departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance.
