16:30: You will get back to Cycad Cruise for shower and refreshment before the Happy Hours. You will unwind with our Happy Hour (17:00 – 19:30 pm) and sip your favorite cocktails at a special price. That is also the sunset party when the view of the bay is beautiful and it is ideal for you to stay on the sundeck of Cycad sipping a glass of beers or cocktail and enjoy the canape party.

If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.

Long - the water on the cruise took care our table and he was very friendly. He shared a lot about Halong information, his life on the cruise and about his family. Vung Vieng village visiting was impressive. I recommend Cycad Cruise to you if you visit Vietnam and Halong Bay.

Because the cruise was on the Bai Tu Long Bay route, we didn't feel it was too crowded. Vung Vieng fishing village is beautiful and peaceful. Last November, I had a wonderful trip with my friends on the Cycad cruise ship. We made the right choice when we selected the Cycad, thanks to a recommendation from Lauren of Vietnam Escape Tours with a special offer. The cabins on the ship had private balconies and the view from the second deck was impressive. The staff on board were all very friendly and professional. Kayaking in Ha Long Bay was a memorable experience, and the food on board was excellent. The sunset party was the most enjoyable part of our trip. Because we chose a 3-day, 2-night trip with Cycad Cruise, we had plenty of time to explore secluded, unspoiled areas. 2 Day 1 Night on Cycad Bai Tu Long Bay cruise was amazing. The cycad cruise was a new cruise and the first impression upon boarding the Cycad Halong cruise ship was that the staff were very friendly. All the crew members were enthusiastic in helping us and always ensured our safety and the best possible experience. The Wi-Fi could be improved, but I know that good signal is difficult at sea. Our meals were delicious, especially since I am a vegetarian, and I was carefully checked against the rules before the trip began. My son particularly enjoyed the kayaking program, and it was a memorable experience for us. The Cycad program was also special because it was located near Bai Tu Long Bay, so it wasn't too crowded. The sunset party and morning Tai Chi were fantastic. I'd like to leave a positive review for the cruise and hope to return soon.
