The green and brown theme running throughout our Deluxe cabins promotes an elegant feeling and one in harmony with the gorgeous limestone mountains around which we sail. Our luxurious windows face onto these mountains and allow for the fresh air and sunlight to flood the room.

The upper deck of the Bhaya Classic Cruise is reserved for the Terrace Suites, two of which stand proudly on the upper deck. 17m2 gives enough space for a relaxing voyage. The cabin comes well-equipped with a comfortable bed, bathtub and windows onto the private terrace, which in turn provides panoramic views of Halong Bay.

07:30 - 08:30: From your hotel lobby in the Old Quarter, our driver will collect you and transfer you across the beautiful Red River Delta.
12:00: Once aboard the Bhaya Classic Cruise, we will enter the limestone maze of Halong Bay while you enjoy your complimentary welcome drink.
15:00: Our first stop is Tien Ong Cave, one of the oldest caves in Halong Bay, containing evidence of human inhabitation dating back at least 10,000 years.
17:00: We cruise towards the Ho Dong Tien area and enjoy the happy hour that accompanies our voyage. A cooking class will show us how to create traditional Vietnamese spring rolls before our Masterchef Competition begins, where the best spring roller will be showered with prizes!
19:00: An excellent dinner begins our tranquil evening as we approach our overnight anchorage point. Finish the day with board games, squid fishing, a visit to the bar or some deep reclining in your cabin.

06:30 - 08:00: A tai chi session on the sundeck will give us a wonderfully fresh start to the new day, after which a light breakfast prepares us for the morning’s activities.
08:00: We start the engine and cruise over to Cua Van fishing village, where we are greeted by the site of vibrant houses floating on tethered barges. We have the chance to kayak and swim around this commune or take a sampan boat rowed by a local resident.
9:30 - 11:00: We return to the Bhaya Classic Cruise and begin our return trip, passing by the last of the limestone towers as a filling brunch is laid out for us in the dining room. We disembark once we have reached Tuan Chau pier, taking the waiting bus back to Hanoi afterwards.

07:30 - 08:30: The driver and guide will meet you at your lobby ahead of your 3.5-hour transfer to Halong Bay.
12:00: Arrive and listen to the safety briefing from the cruise manager. Sip on your welcome drink as we begin our cruising past some of Halong Bay’s famous islands and islets. Lunch will accompany this shortly afterwards.
15:00: Fully relax into the cruise before arriving at the wonderful Tien Ong Cave, where evidence of some of the bay’s earliest human inhabitation has been found.
17:00: We will enjoy the cave and the views it affords before returning to the Bhaya Classic Cruise. A cooking and fruit carving demonstration will follow this, after which you have a chance to put your new skills to use in our fun Masterchef competition. We arrive to the area surrounding Fairy Lake Cave and settle down for a peaceful night.
19:00: Dinner will be served in the dining room, after which you are free to soak up the magical atmosphere of Halong Bay at night. Take it all in from the sundeck upstairs or return to your cabin for a quiet evening of solitude.

06:15 - 08:30: The sundeck will be the location for our expert-led tai chi session, where we can watch the beauty of the new morning in Halong Bay unfurl before us. Breakfast will be served in the dining room afterwards.
09:00: Our wonderful day boat, the Bhaya Spirit, awaits. We will board and sail through to the areas that bigger boats cannot access, including the Coc Cheo area, where we will have much space to swim and kayak.
11:00: We head to a floating pearl farm to learn about the processes involved in pearl cultivation. A delicious local lunch will follow this on the farm itself.
15:00: We cruise around the quiet areas of Halong Bay for a while longer, rejoining the Bhaya Classic Cruise later and meeting its new passengers.
17:00: Head to the bar for happy hour and the chance to watch a phenomenal sunset behind the limestone peaks with a cocktail in hand.
19:00: A serene evening will follow, heralding a fantastic, multi-course dinner. After this, you have the option of participating in our evening entertainment including squid fishing or board games.

06:30 - 09:00: Tai Chi will be held once more on the sundeck before you have a delightful breakfast in the dining room.
09:30: We head towards Cua Van floating village to find out about the lives of the local inhabitants here. We can swim and kayak around the area’s beautiful surroundings.
11:00: As we set sail for the harbour, your final brunch will be served in the dining room. Step off the Bhaya Classic Cruise and head back to Hanoi via our shuttle bus.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Customer
• More than 30 days prior to check-in (departure date): Free of charge
• From 30 to 16 days prior to check-in (departure date): 10% of total rates
• From 15 to 10 days prior to check-in (departure date): 20% of total rates
• From 9 to 5 days prior to check-in (departure date): 50% of total rates
• Less than 5 days prior to check-in (departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.
