08:00: The luxury bus that arrives at your hotel this morning will provide you with highly comfortable transportation to Bai Tu Long Bay.
12:00: Our experience manager will greet you personally and ensure that you have a welcome drink to kick off the cruise in style.
13:00: In either of our two fantastic restaurants, a delectable lunch will be served.
14:30: One of the bay’s most distinctive attractions, Thien Canh Son Cave, will be our first stop today. We will enter to discover its world of interesting stalactites and stalagmites.
16:30: Once back aboard the Emperor Cruise, you have a chance for relaxation as we cruise deeper into the bay.
17:00: For those who enjoy kayaking, you can head out in our sturdy kayaks, while those who are less inclined can remain on the boat and enjoy a complimentary tea service.
18:00: As the sunset plays out in front of us, we have a chance to watch it while doing a cooking class and taking a wine-tasting course.
19:00: We will have five courses of delicious food for our lavish dinner tonight.
21:00: After this, you can take the evening as you please, perhaps at the spa, at the bar, on the squid fishing boat or in your cabin.

06:00: We can wake ourselves up on the sundeck with an energy-boosting Vovinam session, which is the Vietnamese equivalent to tai chi.
07:30: We make our first and only stop today at Vung Vieng fishing village, where the colorful houses of the locals sit on floating barges, surrounded by soaring mountains.
09:30: We have many amenities for you to make use of after we return to the Emperor Cruise and eat our filling brunch. We begin the long cruise back to the harbour at this point.
11:00: The Emperor Cruise pulls into Hon Gai Harbour, where we will bid farewell to the crew and step onto the bus, which takes us back to Hanoi. End of Halong Bay 2 days 1 night tour.

08.00: Wait in the hotel lobby for the driver. We arrive in Bai Tu Long Bay after your transfer from the capital’s Old Quarter.
12.00: Our experience manager will welcome you on board your new luxury cruise ship – the majestic Emperor Cruise. Relax in the lounge with a welcome drink.
13.00: Watch the passage of the myriad limestone mountains as we cruise. An a la carte lunch will be served in either the Royal Restaurant or the Can Chanh Restaurant outside.
14.30: We head first to Thien Canh Son Cave, with its many beautiful rock formations and a viewing platform from which to see the expanse of the bay.
16:30: Take the speedboat back to the Emeraude Cruise after this. We will head to Cong Do to anchor for the night, with the option to kayak around the quiet waters as the sun begins to set.
18:00: An informative wine tasting course and an excellent cooking class will provide some educational entertainment before dinner.
19:00: Dinner follows shortly afterwards, served in either restaurant, depending on the weather.
21:00: Take the options to relax into the evening. Maybe you could unwind at the spa or go for social drinks at the bar.

06:00: Wake up to the bay’s gentle sways. Snacks on the top deck will be served alongside a Vovinam session, a Vietnamese martial art used to clear the mind and waken the body like tai chi.
06:45: A full breakfast will begin downstairs in the kitchen.
08:30: Board the day boat that will take us around the bay today. We are able to visit some more hidden locations due to the boat’s smaller size.
10:00: We arrive to Thay Cave, taking a look inside and kayaking around the outside.
11:00: We visit Cong Dam, an area of wild natural beauty, taking the time to relax on its beaches amidst the soaring limestone columns around us.
13:00: Take lunch on the day boat and transfer back to the Emeraude Cruise. You have a completely free afternoon, so take the time to relax on the sundeck, in your cabin or in the spa.
19:00: The Royal Restaurant will host a delicious barbecue dinner for you this evening.
21:00: Relax into another perfect evening in Bai Tu Long Bay

06:00: A Vovinam session will once again be held on the sundeck. Participate in this and then head downstairs for a light breakfast.
07:30: We begin our cruise to Vung Vieng, where fishermen live and work amongst floating houses. We will explore the village via sampan boat.
09:30: A lovely and filling brunch will be served on the Emeraude Cruise as we head back to Hon Gai harbour.
11.00: At Hon Gai, board the luxury bus to head back to Hanoi.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking
• The remained balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, our travel consultant will inform you if full payment is required or the exact deposit amount deadline for the remained balance.
Cancellation by Customer
• More than 31 days prior to check-in: Free of charge
• From 31 to 16 days prior to check-in: 25% of total rates
• Less than 15 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance.
