Our Junior Suites are named for the two forces of Halong Bay, Water and Mountain. Each of these spacious cabins has a balcony for private contemplation while looking over the rippling seascape. The wall-length windows on two of the walls give you a great view of the bay at all times from the comfort of your double or twin beds.

The 43m2 Imperial Suite, named for Halong Bay legends, Dragon, Phoenix, Moon and Cloud, provide the most lavish space for you to unfurl in Halong Bay. The large windows afford much in the way of natural light, while the bed and bathroom carry a feeling of royalty in this stately cabin.

Enjoy the magical feeling as the Violet Cruise sets sail and our staff lay out the delicious buffet lunch in the dining room.
We start the excursions with a visit to Cua Van fishing village, a colourful community living on the water, easy to explore via kayak or a sampan boat rowed by one of the friendly residents.
Tien Ong Cave is the next stop. This amazing cave has several beautiful rock formations within, some of which feature evidence of human habitation from as far back as 10,000 years ago.
We return to the Violet Cruise for sunset and a cooking class by our talented chefs.
The dining room will host a fabulous dinner, after which you can relax into the evening in any way that seems fit. Try squid fishing or maybe take some relaxed drinks at the bar.

We greet the day the Asian way, with tai chi on the beautiful wooden deck that crowns the top of the Violet Cruise.
A light breakfast in the dining room will prepare us for the morning ahead.
We spend our morning hours at Titop Island, either relaxing at ground level on the sand or in the sea, or climbing to the peak of the island for an amazing panorama of the scene around.
Savour the final brunch as we approach the harbour, we will be disembark when reaching Tuan Chau.

We begin the tour by boarding the Violet Cruise at Tuan Chau Harbour. Head to the sundeck to get some great pictures before lunch is served downstairs in the dining room.
Our first stop is Cua Van fishing village, a cluster of floating houses atop rafts tethered to the mountains of the bay. We will explore around here via kayaks or a sampan boat rowed by a resident.
In Tien Ong cave, we find an ancient system that contains evidence of human activity from about 10,000 years ago.
Relax onto the deck of the Violet Cruise as we begin cruising over to the area of Lon Bo, where we will be dropping anchor for the evening. A cooking class will accompany our cruise over there.
We will feature an excellent dinner in the dining room, all before you take your pick of our evening activities, including squid fishing or playing board games with the crew.

The new day in Halong Bay starts for us atop the sundeck, where a tai chi class will introduce us to the natural beauty on display.
We enjoy a full breakfast once we have transferred onto the nimble day boat, ‘The Sunset’. Our first stop will be the Amazing Cave, which features some of the most impressive stalactites and stalagmites in the bay.
After this, we head to one of the quieter areas of the bay to enjoy some private swimming and kayaking activities.
Halong Bay’s only floating pearl farm will introduce us to the processing of this gem from raw material to precious jewellery.
We will have the rest of the afternoon aboard the Violet Cruise, where we will be able to relax on the sundeck, in the cabins or by enjoying drinks at the bar.
Dinner will again be served in beautiful style in the dining room.
You will have a few more choices of post-dinner activities to keep you entertained before bed. Enjoy drinks at the bar or simply retire to your cabin for a night of relaxation.

Breakfast snacks and tai chi will be the call of order for the morning of our final day in Halong Bay.
We head to Titop Island this morning to enjoy the wealth of activities available here. These include relaxing on the beach or swimming the ocean, with trekking to the top of the island and its viewing platform available for our more active passengers.
On the way back to Tuan Chau harbour, we take a final brunch and enjoy the consistently gorgeous scenery en route.
At the harbour, we leave the Violet Cruise where it stands and take any onwards travel from the Violet waiting lounge.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Customer
• More than 30 days prior to check-in (departure date): Free of charge
• From 30 to 16 days prior to check-in (departure date): 10% of total rates
• From 15 to 10 days prior to check-in (departure date): 20% of total rates
• From 9 to 5 days prior to check-in (departure date): 50% of total rates
• Less than 5 days prior to check-in (departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.

• In case of adverse weather conditions in Halong Bay, the cancellation will ONLY be made by the Halong Bay Management Board. Usually the announcement will be declared very close to or on the departure date and our refund policy will come into effect.
