Join the Phoenix Cruise as it waits patiently in the bay. A welcome drink will ease you into proceedings before we have a delicious lunch as the limestone islands glide by the window.

We spend the first part of the tour at Luon Cave, taking a kayak through its waters to the enclosed lake on the otherwise.

At Titop Island, our next stop, we will have an option of activities across the beach, sea and the stone staircase leading to a viewing platform on the peak.

The Phoenix Cruise will head to the overnight sleeping area while we enjoy drinks and fruit on the deck.

Have a delicious dinner as the light fades from Halong Bay. Afterwards, your options for entertainment include squid fishing, social drinks with friends or just relaxing in your cabin.

The Surprising Cave will be our first stop this morning. We will explore the insides, finding many interesting and vivid rock formations.

Back on the Phoenix Cruise, the chef will emerge and provide a cooking class, all before a delicious brunch served on the way back to the harbour.

We leave the Phoenix Cruise in the harbour once arrived, disembarking to smiles from the staff. We board the shuttle bus service to head back to Hanoi after this.

Once the bus has collected you from your hotel lobby, we will take the scenic transfer to Halong Bay across the Red River Delta.

Meet the Phoenix Cruise as it floats patiently in the harbour. A welcome drink will introduce us to the ship in style.

We begin our cruise past some of Halong Bay’s iconic islands and fishing villages, serving a fantastic lunch in the dining room as we do so.

We spend the early afternoon at the majestic Luon Cave, kayaking through the entrance to find an enclosed lake on the other side.
15:00'
We stop at Titop Island to enjoy the trio of activities here: swimming, reclining on the golden sands or trekking to the top of the island for a panoramic view of the bay around us.

Head back to the Phoenix Cruise and enjoy the snacks served on the top deck while we watch a glorious sunset.

We have a lovely dinner served to us in the restaurant as we settle into the night. For evening entertainment, you can opt to have drinks at the bar or head outside for squid fishing.

Take in the morning beauty of Halong Bay from the sundeck as we enjoy light breakfast refreshments.

Once on board the day boat, we will head further afield in Halong Bay, visiting the beautiful Trong Cave and the whimsical area of Fairy Lake, where water nymphs are said to play.

Sit down for a lovely lunch on the day boat in the serene waters of the bay’s quieter areas.

Enjoy the attractive atmosphere as we rejoin the Phoenix Cruise, with the sunset party giving us a good excuse to meet the new passengers on board.

Dinner in the dining room will herald the evening time in Halong Bay, where we can enjoy more squid fishing, drinks at the bar or a simple relaxation in the cabin.

Enjoy the morning spectacle that takes place daily in Halong Bay atop the sundeck with some breakfast refreshments.

We take the cruise over to the Surprising Cave, checking out the colourful lighting inside as it bounces off the glistening rock formations.

We return to the Phoenix Cruise for the last time, engaging in a fun cooking class as we begin our cruise back to the harbour.

An early lunch will provide us with the necessary energy to make it back to Hanoi.

We leave the Phoenix Cruise at Tuan Chau harbour and return to Hanoi via the waiting shuttle bus.

Booking Policy
• 50 % of the total cost is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is to be paid 15 days prior to the departure date.
• In some special cases, you will be required to pay the full cost or a number greater or smaller than the standard 50% to secure your booking.
• In some special cases, the deadline for payment will be required sooner or later than the standard 15 days prior to booking.
Cancellation by Customer
• More than 33 days prior to check-in ( departure date): Free of charge
• From 33 to 15 days prior to check-in ( departure date): 10% of total rates
• From 14 to 8 days prior to check-in ( departure date): 20% of total rates
• From 7 to 4 days prior to check-in ( departure date): 50% of total rates
• Less than96 hours prior to check-in ( departure date): 100% of total rates.
• No-Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation by Halong Bay Management Board due to bad weather
If the cancellation is made by the Halong Bay Management Board, following policies will be applied depending on the time of cancellation.
• When a cancellation is made before departure date- check-in date (if no services have been used): 100% refund.
• When a cancellation is made during the trip (some services have been used such as transfer, food, some amenities, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• When a cancellation is made before or during the departure date and the trip must be shortened from 2 nights to 1 night, 2 days 1 night trip, plus other used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
• The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you!
Note: In case of a cancellation decision made by the Management Board of Halong Bay, an alternative travel arrangement will be made on request, or you will be refunded in accordance. In all cases, please contact our travel consultant via email or phone for support. We are always willing to provide you with any assistance you may need on or off board.

• In case of adverse weather conditions in Halong Bay, the cancellation will ONLY be made by the Halong Bay Management Board. Usually the announcement will be declared very close to or on the departure date and our refund policy will come into effect.
