From the moment we stepped on board, everything was perfectly organized, and the staff made us feel warmly welcome. The boat itself is elegant and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax while taking in the breathtaking views of the bay. The itinerary struck the perfect balance, offering sightseeing, kayaking, and swimming - enough adventure to keep everyone entertained without feeling rushed. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of dishes that delighted both adults and kids. Ms. Lily made the experience even more special with her thoughtful attention to every detail. I highly recommend this cruise for families seeking a luxurious and relaxing way to explore the beauty of Halong Bay!

I and my friends had a great experience with the Jade Sails on a day cruise in Ha Long Bay. It was a day with full of fun activities. The itinerary was arranged well and not rushed at all. We went through range of activities like kayaking, swimming in the bay, cave visit by bamboo boat and even making Vietnamese spring rolls. The rolls tasted really good, we all loved it. The staff in cruise are very friendly and helpful. They really made the trip went perfectly. The Jade sails has good quality service and facility. It’s worth having a day trip in this cruise. Really high recommend.

Our family had a short trip to visit Vietnam. We only had 5 days so we decided to go with day trip and visit Halong Bay instead of overnight Cruise. We were really happy with our right choice. Everything was spotless — from the bathrooms to the deck and the beautifully designed dining room. All the thoughtful little details, like outdoor showers with shampoo after swimming and even a plastic bag for wet swimsuits, made such a difference. The crew’s members were exceptional, thanks to our server, Le Quyn, she was really professional, attentive and friendly. We had visited Light and Dark Caves, done some activities like kayaking and swimming. In general it was quite relaxing without rushing time. Lunch and afternoon tea, and even a spring roll class — all included! The food and drinks there were fantastic. The staff even offered to take photos for us during the activities and shared them afterwards at no extra charge. It truly was an unforgettable experience!

My sister and I chose Jade Sails for our day trip to Ha Long Bay because we didn’t want an overnight cruise — we just wanted something relaxing but still fun, and it turned out even better than we hoped! We actually saw this tour recommended on Tripadvisor and now we are back here to leave recommendation. The limousine picked us up right on time from our hotel, and Vinny, the cruise manager, welcomed everyone so warmly and explained the itinerary really clearly. I loved how the whole crew lined up to greet us with a rose for each guest — such a sweet touch! The yacht itself was modern, super clean, and felt really luxurious. There were comfy loungers and umbrellas on the top deck for sunbathing, plus plenty of shaded spots to just chill out. The live band onboard was adorable and added such a fun vibe; they even played different songs for us throughout the trip. Inside, they were showing the movie Kong in the lounge area and pointed out the filming spots as we passed by, which was really cool! Lunch was great too!!! Lots of delicious Vietnamese vegetarian dishes and a tasty afternoon tea with fruit and cake. Otis, our waiter, checked everyone’s food allergies and made sure we were comfortable. The staff were honestly all so friendly and helpful, especially David.It was honestly the perfect chill day with incredible views!

We did the Jade Sails day trip to Ha Long Bay on our honeymoon and oh my, it was just wonderful! The boat was so clean and roomy — even the bathroom felt like a nice hotel, not cramped like most boats. I even spotted some exercise equipment in case you fancy a little jog with a view! The scenery was breathtaking, the food was hot and tasty, and the staff were just the sweetest. Otis was so kind and caring, and Kalvin and Lily really made us feel special. My husband and I brought my parents along and they loved every minute of it too. The limo ride from Hanoi was comfy as can be — worth every bit of extra cost. If you’re thinking about it, I say treat yourself and go! I’d do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! We did this tour with my wife a few weeks ago during our Vietnam holiday, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. We considered doing an overnight tour, but since our time in the North was limited, this day tour was a great option for anyone wanting to save time. The pick-up from our hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter was perfectly on time, and the comfortable mini-van, with reclining leather seats for just seven passengers, made the ride to the port relaxing and easy. Onboard, the cruise itself was exceptional — huge and beautiful, with excellent amenities. The indoor areas are well air-conditioned with clean glass windows for great views, while the sundeck and open spaces have comfy chairs, sofas, and umbrellas to block the sun. The staff were not only friendly but also genuinely attentive. Special mention to Vinny, our tour guide, who was friendly, funny, spoke perfect English, and did everything possible to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy! When you do not have time for an overnight cruise i really recommend you to use jade sails for your trip to Halong. Yes, the price for the tour is a bit high but you will get what you pay. You will feel from beginning to the end of the trip you have a high end service. The luxury transfer limousine van from Hanoi to Halong with profesional driver. The drive from Hanoi with limousine to Halong Ciy was very simple and it was about more than 2 hour. When we first arrived on the cruise we had welcome drink and we were impressed by the decoration and facilities of the cruise, the kindness of staffs. All activies on cruise was organized well and we i recommend this cruise to anyone who want to visit Halong. One more thing is guide on cruise Lily was excellent with good English and she was informative, friendly and helpful.

Had a day tour to Halong Bay with Jade Sails Halong and the cruise was advertised as a luxury cruise. Yes, it is really a luxury cruise among the day cruise we saw in Halong. I think there ar some other luxury cruises but they are overnight cruise and Jade sails can be the best cruise among the day cruises. The boat is clean and there are lot of places for a stunning view of Halong Bay. In the destinations we visited it was crowed but we understand that Halong is a unmissiable destination so it is fine. All cruise staffs on Jade Sails are very friendly and food was excellent. Lily was our guide and she did a good job, she was informative and friendly. The kayaking, making spring roll was incredible. We booked cruise with 2 way transfer with limousine and it was a luxury transfer, very lean and profestional. The time on cruise was also about more than 7 hours which allow you to have more time to discover the bay when you only have 1 day for Halong. we will come back again with family and use Jade Sails again.

My day trip to Ha Long Bay was an absolutely unforgettable experience, and a huge part of that credit goes to the phenomenal staff! From the moment we boarded our cruise, every single team member went above and beyond to ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and truly memorable day. And a special shout out must be given to Jasper who arranged absolutely extraordinary vegetarian food fir us at our request and was always there at our service and there to help us through the journey. Also another person to appreciate is the very energetic Vinny! He lead us through the tour ensuring that there was not one boring moment even accompanying us to our kayaking experience!!

Jade Sails made our journey to Vietnam remarkable. We were group of 10 adults and 2 children travelling with Jade Sails in May 2025 and all of us enjoyed the trip so much. We think Jade Sails is the best cruise in Halong for day tour option. Bus picked up on time and it was very comfortable with a stop on the half way. The transfer was for about 2.5 hour from Hanoi Old Quarter to the harbour where we boarded the cruise. The food on board was exceptional—especially as vegetarians, we were impressed by the care they took in preparing special dishes just for us. Even the kids absolutely loved it! Our cruise guide was engaging, clear in his instructions, and had a great sense of humor. He made sure everyone received personal attention throughout the trip. The Jade Sails team was incredibly kind and attentive. Bella and her team took excellent care of us, especially the children. Special thanks to Bella for making all food arrangements. Jade Sails Halong Cruise is the best experience we have had in Vietnam!

The scenery was breathtaking, and activities like kayaking and swimming were amazing. We had very good experience on Jade Sails Cruise. The crew were very friendly and they attended to every need. The crew was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and efficient. Vinny, in particular, went the extra mile and even he captured great photos and made sure we enjoyed every moment. Bella also took excellent care of us throughout the day. Jade Sails is perfect and suitable for solo travelers, couples or with friends. We recommend this cruise for everyone who do not have time for an overnight cruise in Halong Bay.
