Although this is a day cruise without any overnight cabins, the facilities were modern and well arranged, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The crew team worked with great professionalism, always smiling and ready to assist us. The meal on Symphony Cruise was impressive too with generous portions and a good mix of seafood and traditional Vietnamese dishes. We had time for kayaking and sightseeing. Our experience with Symphony Day Cruise was impressive, especially the food on this luxury cruise. The food served on Symphony cruise Halong were varied and delicious. We loved the food on the cruise so much - from fresh seafood to other Vietnamese specialties. They were all beautifully prepared and presented by the staffs on board. Enjoying lunch while around you is the majestic scenery of Ha Long Bay made the meal more memorable. Our guide Mr. Vuong was very attentive and friendly. We understood about Halong Bay through his story about Halong. All the staffs on the cruises were very friendly and helpful, they were always looking after the guests and made sure every activity on the water was safe and well-organized. Amazing!!!! We had a chance to visit so many spots in a quite a short time I think. The Surprising Cave and the TiToo Island are the 2 places we want to explore so we chooses this cruise. Everything was organized nicely, it brought us a relaxed and comfortable trip because we don't have to think and do it by ourselves. So I think it may suite people who come to Ha Long bay for the first time also. I think the food was quite good too, from the Asian to Western food which was served as a set menu because we had just a small group on this day cruise that time. We also have a tea break in the afternoon with some cakes, snacks and also fruits so it made sure that we would not feel hungry till we got back to Hanoi. Although it was raining the whole day from the time we were on boat but the team was punctual and we enjoyed this bay in the rain though. But we wish that next time we could come with a better weather haha. Thanks our tour guide Ha, he has a very good English speaking skills that made us feel like home and safe even in another country. Will comeback again!

Absolutely love it! My family of 6 was very satisfied with this experience although we couldn't extend the trip in Ha Long Bay, but we think from the breathtaking view and the itinerary that this cruise provided, it became unforgettable than ever. It was very well-equipped and new, the staff was incredible patient, well-trained and professional. Thanks Thomas, you took a very good care for our members, always make sure we were happy and enjoyed the trip. The food and activities were excellent too. We loved kayaking a lot, it was very for us to go, they would provide the tickets and what we did was just enjoy, enjoy and enjoy. They took a responsibility for every steps from pick-up, drop-off and care for us during the whole activities. Very safe for people who don't know how to swim like us. It made our Vietnam trip for 6 days was perfected and completed. 5 stars cruise! Will definitely recommend this cruise to friends and family next time.

I have to say, I was drawn to this cruise from the very first moment I heard the name Symphony. It just sounded like the perfect fit for our anniversary trip, something elegant and memorable. At first, we thought of spending 2 days and 1 night on the cruise, but I really wanted to save an extra night for Sapa, so in the end we decided on the day cruise only. Looking back, we definitely don’t regret that choice! The yacht itself was a real surprise: huge, beautifully designed, and brand new. It felt both luxurious and comfortable at the same time. The buffet lunch onboard was delicious, with plenty of variety, and everything was served hot and fresh. What stood out the most though was the staff. Every single crew member was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They managed everything so smoothly, from organizing activities to making sure everyone felt well taken care of. The highlights for us were exploring the cave, going kayaking, and visiting Titop Island. Each activity exceeded our expectations, and we loved how well-paced the whole itinerary was. There was never a sense of being rushed, and we appreciated that balance between fun group activities and quiet moments just for ourselves. Overall, the whole experience felt thoughtful, well-organized, and special. For us, it was more than just a cruise, it really added something memorable to our anniversary trip.

We had such a great time on the Symphony Cruise last month. From the moment we stepped on board, the crew greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel welcome. Linda was the highlight of our trip – she checked on us often, made sure we were comfortable, and always had something nice to say. She’s so easy to talk to and truly made the experience more special. The food was fresh and tasty, very suits our taste. There are many dishes and there was vegetarian option also. My mon cannot eat meat and they had other options for her and she loved the food there so much. And everything happened on time without feeling rushed. My husband and I took a trip on the Symphony Cruise last week, and it was a truly pleasant experience. We only had 8 days to visit Northern Vietnam, so it was quite a rush, and we decided to go with a day cruise, which turned out to be a great idea. The boat was newly equipped, gorgeous, and very comfortable. The food was nice and tasty, with a wide selection of dishes on board. But the itinerary was a bit overwhelming for me, as I’m not a very active person. The highlight honestly was the cruise’s lovely crew. Our guide, David, was fantastic, he was so friendly, knowledgeable and with excellent English, which made the whole trip so much easier and more enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to another two team members who took exceptional care of me when I wasn’t feeling well. Their kindness truly made a difference!

I had a short trip to Hanoi this summer and was looking for something memorable to do while I was here. Since I didn’t have much time, I did some research and came across a stunning day cruise called Symphony. I booked it through the Vietnam Escape website, and shortly after, I received an email with their offer. Everything was quick and easy, exactly what I needed. The next morning, a limousine bus picked me up from my hotel. It was modern and spacious, nothing like a regular crowded bus. The ride to Ha Long Bay took around 3 hours. When i arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and helped me with the check in. After a short wait, I boarded the cruise and was pleasantly surprised. I expected a small boat for a day trip, but it was large, elegant, and felt very safe. We sailed past breathtaking limestone formations before our first stop at Surprise Cave. The guide shared interesting folk stories and pointed out rock shapes in the cave, it was fun trying to see them. Back on board, we enjoyed a tasty buffet lunch. Afterwards, we had time to relax before heading out for kayaking and a bamboo boat ride, which was refreshing in the summer heat. We also visited an island where you can hike up for an amazing panoramic view of the bay, tired but definitely worth it. The day ended with afternoon tea on the deck, watching the sun set over the bay. It was absolutely beautiful. I didn’t expect much at first, but the Symphony day cruise exceeded my expectations. If it’s your first time in Ha Long Bay, this is the perfect way to see all the highlights in one day. Highly recommended!

All things are good. From the limousine transfer to the cruise and services are excellent. Ms Snow White (Tuyet) was such a sweetheart! She helped us so much and always had the brightest smile!! It really made everyone feel happy and welcomed. Thanks to her, our Halong Bay trip with my mom and my sister’s family was even more fun and full of laughter. We’re so grateful for her kindness and energy. Big compliments to Tuyet!! Thank you so much! The save is crowed but the expereince is great. Amazing Cave is beautiful. Kayakaing is incredible. We love the cruise so much. It is very luxury cruise. Symphony looks even better many overnight cruises and we feel very safe when we stay on Symphony Cruise.

The food was absolutely amazing, and the whole experience was unforgettable 🥰 Everyone was so kind, and their thoughtfulness toward travelers really stood out. Our guide, Tom was especially wonderful, he's super friendly and spoke Korean so well, which made everything even more enjoyable and comfortable.
