Best Of North Vietnam 7 Day

Once you have landed in Hanoi’s Noi Bai Airport and proceeded through customs, you will find our driver waiting outside with your name card. Take the drive into the Old Quarter of Hanoi after this, where your hotel will be awaiting your check-in.

Enjoy free time in Hanoi Old Quarter for discovering Hanoi in your way. Hoan Kiem Lake and Hanoi Old Quarter with a lot of shops and restaurants, busy streets and local people where you can drink a bottle of beer in a corner of Hanoi Old Quarter streets.

07h30 – 8h00: Our Limousine bus and tour guide will arrive at your hotel in the morning time after you have enjoyed breakfast. Today we will visit Hoa Lu Tam Coc Day Tour on our 7 Day Vietnam Package Tour.

We start the 2-hour drive to the south of Hanoi after this, marveling at the sights of verdant scenery on the way.

10h30: We arrive in Hoa Lu, a small enclave lying in the shadows of the mountains. Despite its small size, Hoa Lu was designated as the perfect place to act as the capital of Vietnam for 42 years. We take a walk around to see the fabulous architecture that has survived from then, mostly featuring in the gates and walls on all sides. The two temples here are also spectacular examples of ornate and ancient architecture, both of which stand in memory to the two kings who ruled Hoa Lu between 968AD and 1010AD. 

11h45: We will have a delicious buffet lunch in a local restaurant. Vegetarian foods are always available in the buffet lunch.

After lunch, we follow this with the drive to Tam Coc, a beautiful village of green hues splashed across tree-topped mountains and fields of rice crop. Here, as we cruise along the waterway on a sampan boat, the limestone mountains and river-based rice fields sprout up on both sides, creating a scene that is often described as ‘Halong Bay on land’.

15h00: Our final activity in resplendent Ninh Binh is a cycling tour along the quaint village roads cutting through Tam Coc. On each side of us, we will see open plains of rice stretching to the feet of mountains behind, giving Tam Coc the green hues for which it is most well known.

16h00: After this, we head back to Hanoi on the bus, arriving in the late afternoon and giving you the evening to enjoy in the capital.

18h00 -18h30: Arriving at your hotel in Hanoi. Stay overnight in Hanoi.

06.30 - 7.00 AM: You will have breakfast in your hotel before our bus to Sapa come to pick you up at 06.30 -  7.00 AM for the transfer to Sapa.

Arriving in Sapa,  you will have lunch on your own,  then have free time for exploring Fanspan and the town.

In your free time you may visit Fansipan Peak on your own. Fansipan Peak is a good place to visit in Sapa. That is easy to get there now.

You can buy a ticket in the center for a Mountain Climbing Trains to the cable car station then get on the top of Fansipan Peak by cable car.

You will have the best view of the town and the area around.

8.00 AM:  Breakfast at the hotel, then get ready to trekking to Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai, Tavan Village.

Trekking from Sapa to the Black H’mong village of Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai where excellent panoramas ofthe larger valley, paddy terraced fields and the H’mong village are offered. We take a small local path leading into the bottom of the valley, where some stalls are available that serve tea and fruits; a perfect spot to take a rest and have lunch. After lunch, our car will pick you up for transfer to Sapa.

14.30: Bus will pick you up for the transfer back to Hanoi. End of 2 Day Tour in Sapa.

20.30: You will arrive in Hanoi. Check in your hotel and stay overnight in Hanoi.

08:30 AM: Hotel or private address pick up with our shuttle bus. Short break half way.

12:00: Arriving Tuan Chau Marina, transferred by tender to cruise. Welcome aboard the cruise. Refresh with our welcome drink. Meet the captain, crew in the cruise briefing, safety instruction. 

Check in your cabin and our cruise sets sail, begin your 2 day 1 night trip in Halong Bay – Lan Ha Bay. We will pass by Da Chong Islet, an ancient lighthouse built by the French, Con Vit Islet and the magical seascape of Lan Ha Bay.

13.00: We will have a  delicious lunch with Vietnamese cuisine of fresh seafood.

15.30: Your cruise takes you deeper into Lan Ha Bay area. Admire the enormous limestone karst mountains through the window. We go to an isolated part of Halong Bay – Ong Cam area. 

This is a quiet area, also known as a paradise for tourists seeking for a peaceful atmosphere. Freely practice kayaking or go swimming in the emerald water of the bay.

17.30: Rejoin your luxury Lan Ha Bay cruise for a sunset party on the sundeck with wine and fresh fruits. 

19.00: Savor the deluxe dinner in the restaurant. Local food and fresh seafood are served by wonderful staffs onboard.

21.00: After dinner, enjoy your free time onboard. You may retire to your cabin or join squid fishing, have a cocktail at the bar or play board games. 

06.00: Rise early for an amazing sunrise of the bay. Practice Tai Chi session in the miracle scenery of Lan Ha Bay. 

07.00: Enjoy a light breakfast served with coffee and tea. 

07.45: Explore Dark and Bight Cave on the bamboo boat rowed by locals. This is a mysterious and beautiful cave in the World Heritage Site.

09.15: Come back to our cruise, get some rest before checking out of your cabin.

09.45: Join a cooking class on the cruise. Our chef will show you how to make some traditional Vietnamese dishes such as deep fried spring rolls, fresh spring rolls, etc.

10.15: Enjoy a delightful brunch onboard.

12:00: Disembark at the Tuan Chau Marina by tender. Take our shuttle bus to return to Hanoi 

15:00 – 15:30: Arrival back at your hotel in Hanoi for overnight in Hanoi. End of 2 day on Halong Bay Cruise.

You will have free time in Hanoi until our pick you up for the transfer to the airport. In your free time, you can discover Hanoi in your own way or do shopping for the souvenirs for family and friends. 

3 Hour before your flight departure time: Our driver will pick you up from hotel for the transfer to Hanoi Airport for the flight home. End of service your trip in Vietnam. Hope to see you again.
