 Activities: Get through Hai Van Pass to go to Hue City

08:00-08:30: Pick up time: If you are in Hoi An City, you will be picked up at your hotel lobby from 7:00 to 7:30 then transferred to Hue City. If you stay in Da Nang City, you will start the journey from 8:00 to 8:30. 

On the way to Hue, you will get through Hai Van Pass - one of the most scenic hillside roads in Vietnam. The massive chasm lining the mountain's peak is speckled with the light and dark green colors of the trees. This majestic scene is filled with fantastical clouds floating in the sky, making Hai Van pass an ideal place for enjoying a cup of coffee, immersing oneself in the tranquil view of Hai Van pass and watching the trees swaying in the breeze. You will have a 30-minute stop at the peak and 5 – 10 minutes to take photos at Lap An lagoon which is a highlight of the beautiful Lang Co sea picture.

11:00: Visit Khai Dinh Tomb – which is a blend of Western and Eastern architecture.

12:30: Lunch at a local restaurant with a sample of the specialties of Hue cuisine. Take a rest before continuing the trip.
