Visited the restaurant after 2 years of Covid restrictions and this time could see much more upgraded restaurant with more fresh feel. Ordered Alu Gobi curry, Phulka and Veg Biriyani. Had wonderful time with authentic Indian cuisine at right price. It’s home away from home always @ Dalcheeni.

Great Indian Meal
I stumbled upon this place by chance and I was drawn in by the smells coming from the kitchen. I certainly wasn't disappointed by the variety of food on the menu, and having made my choice, l thoroughly enjoyed my Chicken Pakora and the Korma. Food was excellent and I would definitely return next time when I am in Hanoi.

Been ordering in from this spot for the past few months (during COVID lockdown). Ordered as many different items from the menu as I could, in order to make sure this is a proper review I make (and to take photos of various items from the menu).
The food is OUTSTANDING...... take it from me, being Indian. Each order was made to perfection.

Foodshop 45 Indian Restaurant has a good location in Truc Bach Lake. It is not so far from the Old Quarter and it is next to a beautiful lake of Truc Bach.
If you stay in the Old Quarter, you just take a taxi for about 10 minute and you can enjoy Indian food in a beautiful restaurant.
There are 3 floors in Foodshop 45 Indian Restaurant which is decorated in the different styles.
The first floors decorated with luxury dinning room in Europe in 17th century, the second floor with Asian environment and the third floor by antique style with wooden furniture, decorated by colorful silk on the roof.

Wow this place was quite the find!
It was nice to have something different from Vietnamese food, and I do live a good curry.
The pepper fritters were spicy but tasty and we enjoyed a chicken byriani and fish curry with a garlic naan. Good portion sizes and packed with flavour.
