The Market Bar is one of the most popular bars in Hoi An. Market Bar is a hidden gem for the more laid-back traveler looking for a less hectic spot in Hoi An's Ancient Quarter. The Old Town is ideal for sipping a glass of wine while admiring the romantic nightscapes, colorful lanterns, and historic buildings. But if only we could avoid the tangle of tourists that it occasionally attracts...
Market Bar offers precisely that – a soulful and serene rooftop atmosphere in a wonderfully central location. You can catch up with friends, soak up charming views, and still hear each other speak, despite being in the midst of all the action. Or drop by when the sun goes down for some people-watching and savor your favorite beverage from a cozy, chilled-out terrace.
Gentle lighting and warm, wooden décor create a soothing atmosphere that cannot be matched elsewhere in the Old Town. The menu includes a carefully curated selection of drinks, such as craft beers and cocktails, as well as a tantalizing selection of food platters (cheese, vegetarian, charcuterie, and mixed). The bar offers a fantastic selection of wine, ranging from inexpensive to decadent - red, white, rosé, and sparkling, both local and international. If you're unsure or aren't a wine connoisseur, friendly English-speaking staff can help you choose the best wine for your tastes.
