The rooms, amenities, and breakfast were all wonderful, and the hotel staff provided exceptional service. Before a long trip, the steam room, jacuzzi, and spa were perfect. It faces onto a courtyard, which is partly why it's quiet on the street. The staff was really kind, efficient, and courteous. The staff makes you feel unique and treats everyone like royalty. The employees went above and above to ensure we had a wonderful day, and they were really kind.
